It's a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience, and we nearly missed it! - My wife and I went on the hot air balloon ride in Luxor. The trip was terrific, and the customer service was as good, if not better. Marina, one of the staff at Nice Tours, went out of the way to coax us to make the trip when I wanted to cancel at the last minute since my wife was having cramps. My wife is feeling better now. We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience together because of Marina! Thanks, Marina!
