- Individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian to participate.
- The guide will be holding a yellow flag with the ‘Gogoday’ logo at the designated meeting point. Please arrive at the location 15 minutes before the scheduled time. We cannot offer refunds for late arrivals or for customers who do not show up. Thank you for your understanding.
- Departure times vary depending on the boarding location. Be sure to check both the boarding location and departure time.
- Please understand that the itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, and other reasons.
- Around 9 PM the day before departure, we will send basic information including the guide’s phone number and the vehicle’s license plate number via email. Please ensure you can check it via email or mobile phone.
- Children under 3 years old are free if they do not occupy a seat. Please inform us in advance. Children 3 years and older are charged at the same rate as adults.
- The type of vehicle used for the day trip will be adjusted according to the number of participants and the situation of the day. Please understand in advance.
- Free baggage allowance is one piece. If you have baggage exceeding the free allowance, an additional excess baggage fee (2000 yen / piece) will be charged.
- Consent forms are required for all individuals aged 70 and above.
