Unforgettable Night!! - I would recommend this to anyone coming to Egypt! We had the best time and most delicious food! I was so wonderful to hear stories about the neighborhood and history of Egypt. Having part in making the food was such an honor and it was so delicious to eat. Ahmed and Shorouk are very passionate about what they do and helped us feel so safe and welcome on our first night in Cairo! I would plan a return trip to Egypt just to visit our new Egyptian family🫶🏼🇪🇬

One of a Kind!! - One of a kind!! A very special and authentic experience. A real taste of the Egyptian cuisine made at home were you get to participate in cooking. Shorooq and Ahmed are among the most genuine people I’ve ever met. They actually like people and enjoy what they’re doing. They were so welcoming I really felt like I was setting with my own family. This experience was the highlight of my trip. I truly recommend it to anyone who’s interested to have a real local experience. This is the way to see Egypt and to get to know the people and culture from inside.*

I felt like a part of the family! - When they say "Egpytian family", they mean it. Ahmed and Shorouk were so warm and welcoming, it felt like visiting old friends. They were also incredibly helpful with advice about the area, recipes, and life stories. With so much international travel to Egypt, some places are over-crowded and too tourist-y. But this was truly an intimate, unique experience, learning about the neighborhood on-the-ground and being welcomed into a local's home. It's important to see this side of Egypt, so if you have a free night in Cairo, please do this.

Something different! - This is definitely something people visiting Cairo should experience. They are such a beautiful family, they do such a good job making you feel like part of their family. They are very knowledgeable as many other people here are, but they bring a little something extra special. Spending time with them make you forget you’re miles away from home and make you feel as though they’re friends you’ve known for a long time. It is such an immersive experience being able to sit and enjoy a traditional meal with a family as vibrant and conversational as this. Awesome experience

Whattt a day !! - Ahmed and Shorouk are amazing people. We just felt at home with them and my wife made best friends with their daughter. From start to end, they just give you the feel that you are actually meeting a relative after a long time. The food was good especially the chicken roast with onion sauce. The couple is passionate to meet new people and share each other's culture and you can see it in them when they talk. Definitely going to visit them again the next time I am in Egypt.

Definitely do this! - ```We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with a Ahmed, Shorouk and the kids. They shared interesting stories and cultural information with us, and lots of laughs. Plus good food! We hired Shorouk to take us through the market later—she knows that place inside out! And later, when I came down with COVID, she tracked down meds and had them delivered to my Airbnb. Generous, lovely people. A highlight of our trip.```

Don’t Miss This Experience! - *Don’t miss this opportunity! We had a wonderful time with Ahmed and Shorouk! They were so welcoming and it was a perfect introduction to our Egyptian tour. We were able to help cook and the family was very accommodating to our vegan diet. The food was outstanding! The company was incredible. We learned about the beautiful Egyptian culture with a lovely family. Without a doubt, it was the most authentic and inclusive experience we have had.

Cairo cooking class with family - Such a wonderful experience sharing stories and culture. Ahmed and Shorouk have a wonderful family and they really made myself and my niece feel at home. Highlight of our time in Cairo they were very sweet and kind.
