Breathtaking scenery - The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and the colour of the water beautiful. Just stunning!! We were picked up from hotel around 9am in a minibus. There was a stop off at the Damn for around 15 mins to take photos. There were a couple of souvenir stalls and freshly squeezed orange juice there too, no loos. I would take Euros rather than Turkish lira to Turkey next time as everything seems to be marked in Euros. Back on bus to continue journey to board the boat. From the hotel to the boat the bus trip took around an hour and 15 mins. The boat has two decks, both were shaded but when we went the temperature was about 40 degrees so the heat can be a bit much, so would advise going on a less hot day. Unlimited drinks on the boat are available .The water comes in small containers with lid. As it was such a hot day I am glad I brought big bottles of water with me from the hotel. The first swim stop was 30 mins. There were platforms with ladders into water. The water was beautiful to swim in and with such amazing views such a lovely experience. There are life jackets provided for anyone whom wants them. Back on boat to continue journey. Next stop- restaurant . The restaurant has amazing views, just stunning. You get given a choice of 3 meals - chicken, fish and I think beef and get given a colour coded tag on the boat to give to the restaurant staff. If going on a hot day there are a number of steps up to restaurant and then queues for food, so maybe bring your own. Fresh orange juice sold by the restaurant. A couple of shops too. We stopped for 40 mins. If you get back to boat early don't worry if it's not there!! They go off for a bit and come back. 🙂. We saw some beautiful waterfalls. One more swim stop lasting 40 mins. Fishing rods in platform if you want to do. Then back to bus. Lots of buses when come off boat but managed to find ours. I would have liked the swimming stops to be a bit longer. But it was a wonderful trip. Tip box on boat.

Beautiful! - This was sooo beautiful! Highly recommended. We were also allowed to fish and swim. This is family-friendly. A very nice experience in a beautiful area.

Super nice day trip on the reservoir at Manavgat. - We made this day trip on May 31. The booking via TripAdvisor went very smoothly, the confirmation in the email and the latest updates via WhatsApp (Hektor). We were picked up right on time from our hotel in Side. After a bus tour we arrived behind the dam. Along the way we were pointed out the remains of an old aqueduct. The boat trip across the lake was impressive. Finally we arrived at the entrance of the Green Canyon, the journey between the rocks to the place where the river water flows into the reservoir was beautiful, very beautiful to see. On the way back, a stop is made at a floating pontoon for a swim. After returning, take the bus for about fifteen minutes to the restaurant on the river to eat, swim and possibly go fishing. Then back by bus to the hotel. All in all a very successful trip, especially since this is an all-inclusive price!!

Single Tour - I went on this tour alone and felt really comfortable. Great pick-up service and friendly staff. Just letting my mind wander was good.

Fantastic excursion - A full-day excursion that leaves lasting memories. Beautiful views, good food and great guides who told us a lot about the history of Turkey.

Green canyon boat trip - absolutely amazing day for the family, breath taking views, good food and friendly staff. Would highly recommend too everybody.

The pure adventure tour away from the Turkish shopping world - It was a really great tour and a fantastic experience. The transfer worked really well. The boat tour was a lovely experience and the two swimming opportunities were also a dream. The scenery is simply indescribable and really highly recommended. Unfortunately we have one criticism. We booked the tour with a German guide. Unfortunately the information was only given in Russian and some English, which was a shame. But it doesn't make the experience any worse.

A good day out - We booked as per the reviews. The trip was good value for money. Pro’s Good communication and bus was exactly when it said it would be Not too far to travel Lovely scenery Really nice to be able to swim in the canyon Lots of shade, it was really hot Con’s The driver had music inappropriate for my children swearing etc. Bus was really hot not very good air con The restaurant was awful really filthy, dirty tables. The cloths used for the table was a really black. Bring your own lunch! Food was ok but my meatballs were pink in the middle.

Just boring - Nothing special, they drive in circles along the shore for several hours. If it’s not the season for swimming, it’s better not to go on this excursion at all.

A waste of time and expense - We booked for Monday excursion they didn’t turn up, I phoned up and he came out with excuse that they had a crash, do I believe that not a jot . As the bus that turned up the next day looked in remarkably good health. They manage to fit us in on the next day where they might belt on the journey to the canyon going back to one hotel twice and then the people didn’t join so we wasted at least 45 minutes. When we got to the canyon we supposed to see the reservoir and it said two hours at the dam that turned out to be 10 minutes taking photos. We got to the boat journey the boat was crowded to the hilt not the comfortable experience and I must admit slightly boring after 35 minutes going there and coming back Had two swims and lunch to be fair the lunch was quite good considering the number of people they were catering for. They said on the TripAdvisor that there was fishing no fishing rods. Ther was kayak all sent them to the Eskimos because there wasn’t any there. So basically we didn’t get what was promised. Secondly the trip didn’t run on time. We missed the first trip after waiting 3/4 of an hour not impressed at all with the whole affair. I believe that should give me my money back.
