Nice day trip - Everything went really well with the pick-up. The crew was very friendly and in a good mood and encouraged the people to dance. We had a lot of fun. The program of boat trip including lunch, beach time, waterfall (pay extra for €4) and market is completely fine for the price. In my opinion, the market is unnecessary because you are already exhausted from the day, but you can take it with you and you can always find something for little money)😄. Kudos to the team. Well done🤗

very nice - The tour guide is kind and professional, the pick-up and drop-off service is also smooth, and the route arrangement is just right. It will not be too rushed or stay for too long. It is a very good experience and is worthy of everyone's reference.

Good all round - Picked up outside the hotel at the arranged time, quick transfer to the boat. Down the river to the sea for a turnaround, pulled up for swimming and lunch (chicken, salad, rice and bread) drinks reasonably priced. Optional waterfalls visit. 4 hrs at the market.

A Good Day Out - This was our first trip to Turkey and wanted to see the nearby waterfalls but there was no specific trip to the waterfalls only a day and I now see why. The cost was of this trip was very good, a boat trip, walk on the beach, lunch and for an extra €4 each a trip to the waterfalls. We were picked up by the tour operator and taken to a pirate ship, where we paid the extra €4 each for the waterfall excursion and started to board the ship. However as we boarded the staff confiscated any drinks I.e. water so you had to buy it on board. I think each guest should be allowed to bring a bottle of water onboard as it was a hot day! As we started to sail it became very clear this was a party boat with dancing on the top deck and even a foam party. We sailed from the river into the see, lots of loud music and then docked by a beach for around 50 minutes. We had a walk and then returned to the boat and we started the return journey and they served lunch which was very good, chicken breast and salad. When we arrived back at our starting point we were split into two groups, waterfall group and the market group. A quick coach trip to the waterfalls and we were allocated 30 minutes to see the waterfalls. Initially we were disappointed that we only had 30 minutes but seeing them I can understand why, they are very disappointing they are not waterfalls just a nice river. We were then hoping to go back to the hotel but they decided to take us to the market where we stayed for 90 minutes so we could buy designer goods for €5. This was a long 90 minutes in the heat and then it went into mad chaos as they tried to organise our transfer buses back to the hotel. Looking back it was a good trip, my concern is not allowing guests to bring a bottle of water onboard and I fully appreciate they have to maximise sales. The staff did a great job entertaining everyone and I would definitely recommend Viator than using one of the TUI trips which are 3x more expensive.

Misold Tour with Great Potential - Being a water baby, I was terribly excited for this river AND sea AND waterfall tour. Pick-up was advertised as 9am, but being further away, we were told 8:30am, with an additional cost - fair. We waited for 30 minutes, and were picked up at 9am. As an Epileptic, this additional 30 minutes of sleep would have made a tremendous difference to my well being. We boarded the boat and found the only remaining seats in the shade of the bar. Having been picked up 30 minutes late, all of the seats in the glorious sunshine were taken. We were literally the last to board. The 30 minutes spent on the disbelievingly beautiful Manavgat River were lovely, which was followed by a bizarre 30 minutes on the Mediterranean Sea.  We knew we would be docking where the river met the sea, but a sea cruise was not what I had booked, as I know the abnormal Neurology of my daughter and I. Our swimming break was for 1 hour, but we were guided to the sea, the sun loungers (€1 each) and jet skis (price unknown). We were NOT invited to swim in the river, as was advertised. Lunch on the boat was a simple but delicious pasta rice, chicken, salad and bread. We ate every morsel. We then sailed back up the river, docked and transferred via large bus / coach. There were NO SEATS available on the bus to which we were guided. I made my way back to the door, and explained to the guide that there were no seats available.  As I was about to alight from the bus, the tour guide told me to "stay there". Assuming he would return to me, having found seats for my daughter and I, or instruct those with young children to sit the under 5s on their knees, I stayed put.  The driver then closed the doors and drove off with us standing, for a journey that lasted 20 minutes. As well as a chap, also without a seat. As a Blue Badge holder, this was nothing short of agony. We alighted, as I looked forward to an hour at the waterfall. The guide announced that we had 30 minutes free time, then we would all transfer to the bazaar. NOT the advertised 60 minutes. NOT the advertised choice of either the waterfall OR the bazaar. I mentioned not having a seat, and the guide advised me to return to the bus early to secure a seat! So we had less than 30 minutes. We managed a few photos in front of the waterfall, a quick visit to the washroom (20 Lira), and the purchase of an ice-cream each (70 Lira). Then we returned to the bus early to avoid being forced to again be without seats for a further 20 mins. We were all transferred to the bazaar. The guide stopped at a particular restaurant at 2:45, pointed to where to find the bazaar across the bridge, and instructed us to return by 4pm.  After walking toward the bridge, and being in too much pain [from having no seat for a 20 minute bus transfer] to continue, we returned to the restaurant, bought a sprite and a coke (€6) and had a seat. We waited for an hour, on an element of the tour into which we were forced. It was horrifying to observe a man shouting and waving to all tour members, as they were entering other restaurants along the river front, that this restaurant was the "meeting point". Yes, at 4pm. And with the free choice to enter any establishment in which to spend their money. The bullying further continued with 2 ladies, who wished to visit another restaurant and return to our meeting point at 4. The man shouted at them that they had to "stay here", and invaded their personal space. One of the ladies put her hand up to him and firmly said "stop", whilst a server held the man back. We eventually walked to the buses at 4pm and all headed back to our respective hotels. I almost immediately cancelled the Dolphin Cruise booked for Wednesday. The listing does not provide accurate information. Here is what happened yesterday (Monday): * Mini bus transfer from hotel - 50 mins - 3 STAR * Manavgat River on boat - 30 mins - 5 STAR * Mediterranean Sea on boat - 30 mins - 1 STAR * Sea swim - 1 hour - 3 STAR * Lunch on boat - 20 mins - 4 STAR * Bus transfer - 20 mins - 0 STAR * Manavgat Waterfall free time - 30 mins - 3 STAR * Bus transfer - 20 mins - 3 STAR * Manavgat Bazaar free time - 1 hour 15 mins - 0 STAR * Mini bus transfer to hotel - 50 mins - 4 STAR AVERAGE RATING: 2.6 STARS   NB 1: hotel transfers are usually 30 mins, but our hotel was in Alanya not Side. NB 2: screenshots of what was advertised and sold are below. I shared my review with the tour guide last night, who messaged on WhatsApp saying he hoped we enjoyed the day. I told him I would only post to TripAdvisor at lunchtime today. Even after giving him an additional few hours, the only response I have received is silence.
