- Balloon Team Tuscany - You will receive the meeting point in the afternoon before your flight, or you can request a pick-up service, we will take you to the hotel, make sure you reserve it, this is not included.\n\nAfter being greeted by your captain and crews, you will receive a safety briefing before taking off. If you wish, you can help with aeration of the balloon before getting into the basket for your flight.\n\nThe flight will last circ an hour, you will then be able to savor the excitement while you get up and stand gently up and over the Tuscan countryside. You will sail at a height varying from 500 feet to 3000 feet, depending on the wind of that day. All this will allow you to admire the breathtaking landscape of Tuscany. You’ll see gentle hills dotted with pretty Italian villages, cypress trees, dominant castles and abundant vineyards, olive groves and orchards.\nYou will see all that nature will want to show you. It will be a real adventure.\n\nUpon landing, we will toast this experience with a glass of sparkling wine! You will then be taken back to the launch site, or if you have reserved the pick-up service, you will enjoy a comfortable transfer to the hotel.\nYou can reserve the transfer service even the day before if you have not yet decided.

The balloon really has a respectful, quiet and elegant way of passing over the valleys and meadows.
I thought I was scared but I never wanted to go down!
The Balloon Team staff is friendly and professional, a team of passionate and prepared boys and girls, we flew with Guido Montemurro multiple Italian champion. Una vera fortuna!
We all deserve to live such an experience!

Disappointing experience given such a high price - No doubt being in a hot air balloon is a magical experience, but for the price this was truly underwhelming. A van picked us up at 4:40am (without explanation of why so early). Driver didn’t tell us where we are going or for how long. Finally we reached a field with deflated hot air balloons, where once again without explanations, we are left to stand there for more than 40 mins watching the staff inflate balloons and get the equipment ready. I’m sure it is all very interesting if they spent even one or two sentences telling us what they are doing or what to anticipate. On the actual ride, the pilot (to his credit, very experienced) again described very little of what was going on besides that we were going up and down and left and right (e.g., what hill or valley are we looking at?). At the end of the ride, without explanation once again, we were ushered into vans with other people, not knowing if we were going to be dropped off back at our hotel or what. Turns out we were all taken to a spot for breakfast, which was really just the time for them to upsell us the drone pictures. All-in-all, we just thought for the price point we could at least get a little bit of explanation of what was happening to make the experience more enjoyable, instead of feeling like we were just pushed into one vehicle after another.
