Great tour! - We really loved this tour. We had two little kids with us (6&8) and 4 adults. We had a good mix of history of the city and food. We LOVED the last stop with all the meats and cheeses. The owners of the shop were so nice and hospitable. Would definitely recommend to people who have small kids but still want to get a quick shot of the city.

An enjoyable and enlightening stroll in beautiful Siena - Our guide Sylvia provided my wife and I and several other people with a great tour of places we had not yet seen in Siena. Sylvia has lived in Siena for several decades and is extremely knowledgeable regarding the history, culture and food of Siena and the surrounding area. We spent several hours together and learned a lot in a very relaxed, conversational walking tour. We really enjoyed hearing about the evolution of events that have led up to the 17 contradas that now exist in Siena and the current competition that takes place in the form of the Palio. Sylvia explained the intricacies of how the race is set up, all the pageantry that exists around it. It really gave us a great sense of the two events that happen every summer. The food and drink were excellent (crostini, local pizza, meats and cheeses, wines and gelato) - the reward for an enjoyable couple hours strolling through the city. We especially enjoyed seeing the recently discovered centuries-old wine cellar at the Cantina del Brunello and enjoyed sampling the wonderful variety of food prepared at Il Dragoncello di massimo lo coco. Needless to say, we would recommend this tour with gusto.

A couple hours well spent in Siena - Our food tour with Sylvia was delightful. She knows Siena very well and provided us with fabulous insights into the history and culture of the city. My wife and I saw many parts of the city we had never seen and met such nice people in the shops where we stopped for food (Crostini, flat bread, meats, cheeses, wine and gelato). So much food we had to bring some back to the hotel. The recently discovered centuries old wine cellar at Cantina del Brunello was a real highlight. Really a great way to spend a couple hours of our 5-day stay in Siena! Thanks again Sylvia!! Tom and Sheila

Very enjoyable and informative tour - food and wine also very nice. - Was a very small group so very intimate. Angie was a great guide. We were late because of confusion with our bus and then needing to get taxi. The tour operator was able to support us to catch up with Angie and the other participants so we did not miss out. Very informative tour on the location as well as the food and wine. Very enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour company. .
