An excellent day with an... - An excellent day with an excellent guide, Dimitry. Allows you to choose your own pace which suited me fine. Beautiful hike into the hills with wonderful views. Hard work at first but never rushed, leading to a gentle descent. Recommend.

Great views and a perfect day - A great hike in the middle of winter. We had beautiful weather and most of the time there was no need to wear a jacket. We enjoyed beautiful views over a big part of Valencia areas. This landscape is so beautiful. The trip was very well organized and Dmitrijs is a wonderful guide. At every time I felt save and in good hands. Although the group was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend a trip with Valencia Mountains Enthusiasts. I would just like to see a wider selection of T-shirts. So more colors, because these T-shirts with the logo of VME are really very beautiful.

Great hike, great people and best guide - Great hike with great people and even greater guide ! Dmitry is there to help you, guide you and even take lovely shots during the hike. This hike was a small drive from Valencia to Almedijar, where we started off with a visit to the local cheese store, followed up with a beautiful walk thru the forest with many cork trees. After that the walk goes uppp towards a lovely view point to enjoy our lunch. After that we continued to the high point of this hike with breathtaking views ! From there all the way back to the town ! If you like going on hiking adventures, then Dmitry is your guide. Do not look further ! Highly recommendable and you’ll see that you will repeat in no time ! 👍🤙

Alternative tour - Dmitry proposed a different tour (Pozo Negro), because it was too hot for the Cork Oak Trail and his suggestion was perfect.

Great hike for beginners - Dmitry was a perfect guide for a newbie like me. I returned back to Valencia refreshed and reenergized from the hiking trip. Buying top quality local cheese was a plus.

A great day out - This was a great day out, an unusual mix of a lovely walk through a cork oak forest and excellent food and drink. The cheese factory visit and the winery tour were interesting and enjoyable. They were conducted in Spanish, but Dmitry translated for us. The lunch at Gastroadictos was simply amazing, some of the best food I've had in Spain. Getting driven between destinations in comfort (and not having to worry about drinking and driving) made the day even more enjoyable.

Hiking with Dimitri. - We've now been out with Dimitri and Valencian Mountain Enthusiasts on five hikes, each and every time it has been a great day out. All the walks are well planned, there are always great views and interesting things to see and discover and Dimitri is an excellent driver and guide. The groups are small and we've always made good new friends. It really is a great way to get out of the city and enjoy the Valencian countryside. We've already booked a four day trip to Cartagena with VME to escape Fallas and are hoping to do a week in the Picos de Europa in Galicia in August.
