Authentic Thai cooking experience - Arrive hungry! The amount of food we cooked was more than expected. Great experience! Our cooking instructor Mam was English speaking and very friendly and informative. Took us to the local market to buy the ingredients and back to her home for a unique Thai cooking experience. Germans first Time cooking Thai-Food - Mam picked us up at our Hotel. We went to a local market to get all the ingredients needed for the cooking class. You get to decide what you want to cook. Mam is very talkative and gives you many insides in regard of the food/alternatives(substitues) to cook the recipes at home. Later on we went to the kitchen and started preparing all the ingredients. In a very calm manner she describes what needs to be done. We enjoyed the cooking class and the food very much. Mam is a lovely teacher. 10/10 would recommend if you are interested in original Thai-Food

Do yourself a favour and book this class!!! - Learned how to make the most delicious food, can’t wait to cook for my friends and family when I get home to Australia. Was so much fun learning about Thai cuisine and visiting the market to understand what the ingredients look like and come from.

Amazing thai cooking class - It was amazing! Mam was very nice, even though I was the only one booking that morning, she has still held the cooking class only for me. She picked me up in the morning with her van and we first went to the market to buy the fresh ingredients. She told me about the vegetables and the spices of the thai kitchen. I could choose 6 different things from a menu. I made green curry paste, green curry, spring rolls, tom kha kai soup, fried chicken with cashew and vegetables and mango sticky rice. In all 6 categories there were 3 different options, also things like the famous khao soi soup, pad thai and fried rice. After the shopping she drove us to her home, a beautiful big garden with open kitchen. It was well protected from the sun and ventilated so not too hot at all. The things were already prepared, she showed me all the steps and the recipes were very easy to follow and absolutely delicious. I've got the recipes in PDF and some pictures. Loved it, I can only recommend, thank you so much!!

Instructive, humorous cooking course - Fantastic! Absolutely recommended!! "Mam" is really very warm and so competent. It's fun to go to the market with her and learn about the great products. The cooking and the meal afterwards were very well organized, I think we can easily recreate it at home.

Luckily we could choose our own level of spiciness - we had a wonderful evening with mam she picked us up from the hotel and then drove us to the local market to buy ingredients together. she explained a lot about different fruits, vegetables and herbs... very interesting! her cooking school was very nice and big. we could choose between many dishes and all of them were also available as vegetarian options. she explained every step very precisely so that we could cook it at home for sure. the food was very tasty and a lot! thank you very much for the lovely evening :)

A moment out of time - Awesome experience! Mam picks us up from the hotel and takes us back. We then go to buy what we need at the market where she explains to us the particularities of Thai ingredients. She then welcomes us to her home to cook in a perfect setting!
