- Celuk - Within the confines of my hometown, Delodsema Village, a significant 70% of the male population are skilled in the art of silversmithing, which constitutes a substantial 60% of the village’s economy. Being raised in a family of silversmiths, we initiated this immersive activity to offer you the opportunity to delve into the craft and experience the thrill of creating your own piece of jewelry. This endeavor not only aids in augmenting the villagers’ earnings but also showcases their craftsmanship to international visitors. All instructors hail from the local community. The experience commences with a complimentary pick-up from your hotel, followed by a drive to my residence in Delodsema Village to embark on the project. Upon arrival, we extend a warm welcome with coffee or tea and traditional Balinese cake. As we savor these refreshments, we’ll introduce you to the nuances of a Balinese household, our way of life, culture, and customs. To kick off the project, we’ll present a variety of jewelry samples for inspiration, or you’re welcome to bring a design of your own. Once you’ve selected your design and jewelry type, we’ll proceed with the silver preparation. Throughout the process, we’ll assist you every step of the way, from shaping and cutting to cleaning and the final touches, ensuring your safety and satisfaction with the finished piece of jewelry.

Handmade Jewelry is a dwindling art in these modern times, with Bali being one of the few places worldwide where such skillsets are still alive and thriving, your support aids in preserving this traditional art. The various elements of our jewelry are meticulously hand-made, employing traditional methods, such as the detailed tasks of shaping, filing, decorating, and finishing. After spending a day with us, we trust you will depart with a sense of nostalgia and possibly a remarkable piece of Bali enchantment.
