Highlights
  • Old Hill Street Police Station - For a location that hearkens back to Singapore’s past through iconic architecture, pay a visit to The Old Hill Street Police Station. Now housing Singapore’s Ministry of Communications and Information, this heritage building along Hill Street is easy to spot, with its distinctively-coloured windows (Picture 1)

  • Jubilee Bridge - Best instagrammable spot to take portrait photo using MBS as the background

  • Merlion Park - If you never take photo of Merlion, how do you tell people you visited Singapore!

  • The Promontory@Marina Bay - Best view to see all the iconic buildings around Marina Bay in one picture. Only here. I repeat, only here. ☺️

  • Olympic Walk - The “DREAM” place to take your “DREAM” photo and Singapore’s most powerful financial hub as the background.

  • Apple Marina Bay Sands - Imagined as a clear bubble in the water, this 30-metre diameter dome is a contemporary interpretation of the geodesic dome. Where to find the best spot to take photo, follow me.

  • ArtScience Museum - The architecture is said to be a form reminiscent of a lotus flower. Taking picture from which angle that really stand out? I have few tips for you.

  • Flower Dome - Cycling beside the giant Flower Dome, enjoying the scenery and take a photo under this giant “Sculpture”

Please note: We are not going inside Flower Dome

  • Marina Barrage - Take a photo of Singapore downtown skyline from Marina Barrage and take a water break under the blue sky.
  • The Helix Bridge - The DNA-like bridge is one of the tourist spots you can’t miss, winning multiple architecture rewards. At night, the bridge will be illuminated by a series of lights that highlight the double-helix structure, thereby creating a special visual experience for the visitors
  • Singapore Flyer - You see flyers in almost every big cities, and definitely you can’t miss this. The best photo spot is easily accessible by cycling, let’s go!
  • F1 - Singapore Grand Prix - Cycling on the Singapore Grand Prix’s F1 track is one of the best experience you can’t find elsewhere.
  • Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay - Design based on durian, aka “King of fruits”, we will see this special architecture on the way back. No worry you won’t smell durian
  • Boat Quay - Take a look of this historical quay from opposite the river, you will discover a special view where the modern meet the retro.
  • Cavenagh Bridge - Cavenagh Bridge, Anderson Bridge and Elgin Bridge are the three oldest and iconic bridges that still exist along Singapore River. Best timing to take photos is night time when it’s light on.

Additional Information

I have been a passionate cyclist for many years and I brought many oversea and local friends to cycle along Singapore rivers to Marina Bay. There was a time when my wife told me why not you bring tourists to cycle to instagrammable spots that they usually can’t find from tourist attraction promote flyers. I was like “wow that’s a good idea”.

For this tour, good foldable bicycles in 20” are provided, it’s easy and smooth to ride. Accessories like front and rear light, handle bar bag are provided.

You may have no time to visit all these spots by walking in one day. With bicycles, you can easily visit them within 3-4 hours. It’s less tiring and save your energy to visit other tourist spots.

For solo traveler, if you need a photographer and someone to accompany you, this tour is for you.

Great experience and love my pics! - Cheng definitely knows the right places to visit. He was early with the bikes. Showed me how to use (i never used foldable one before) and off we went. He is very patient, kind and caring - showing pose styles, allowing you time to adjust yourself and you can offer suggestions. We went Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, F1 etc but he didn't expect I'd be so much into flowers, so we did some pics with flowers around too. It is alot of cycling to do so wear appropriate clothing. Some roads are tight but is approachable enough to ask to slow down or another alternative. Pics are great quality. He took on his iPhone and i had access to them the same eve (you can have them taken on your phone but mine is not great quality!) Great for Solo trip when it's hard to ask someone to give you a pic or they always seem to not take what you need. Cheng made me laugh and help me to come away with long-lasting memories!

My favorite tour - I was at the tail end of a 3 day bender when I decided it would be a great idea to test my balance on a two wheeled vehicle. “Bicycle”, to the layman. I found the “Cycling tour of 15 instagrammable spots” on Tripadvisor, and decided that was the hangover cure that I needed. The meeting spot was within walking distance from my hotel (which happened to be located above some bars). When I arrived, the bicycles were all set up and ready to go. We hit every major spot that I knew about through my pre-trip studies. The guide was very friendly, and informative. At each stop we had plenty of time to take as many pictures as we wanted. I always take one more picture than I’m comfortable with, so it was nice to have no rush. At the end of the tour we were offered to go to coffee with the guide at a traditional coffee house. The coffee was excellent, and was a great end to an outstanding tour. This tour was the highlight of my trip. 5/5 Highly recommended.

A great tour with a fantastic guide! - Myself and my girlfriend met Cheng San and weren't sure what to expect in terms of tour size. It was just the two of us and it turns out this is the way he always does it as it's better to be able to talk and get to know eachother as you cycle. We preferred it this way anyway. He has great little city bikes, the ones that can fold and it's a great way to see the city. We couldn't believe how quickly we could get from place to place with such little effort and Cheng knows the city like the back of his hand. He loves the photography side of things and was really keen and happy to take photos of us, even trying to get us to pose now and then (although we were a bit too shy and British to get into anything too extravagant). The pictures he took look great too! All in all it was one of our favourite experiences in Singapore, a fantastic way to see the city and learn a bit about the history of it whilst you're at it. He also took us to a local cafe and bought us a coffee and a local small breakfast. Would definitely recommend 🚴

Loved this tour! - Really enjoyed this tour! He was super friendly, took lots of photos of us and gave us a little history and background of Singapore along the way. Went to a few places that were not in our list. We ended up staying in the area for the day and doing the Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Supertree Obersavtory which we didn’t intend to do previously.
