Authentic food tour of Singapore! - Stephen and Derrick were wonderful tour guides who took us to the most authentic restaurants in non-touristy areas of Singapore, to taste authentic recipes handed down family generations. They catered to dietary restrictions and requests and we learned a lot of history alongside having delicious food. You will not be hungry at the end! Thanks so much for the great experience, we tried so many foods we didn't even know existed! 11/10

Katong is da hood - Great time on our tour today and Darius (our crazy great guide) was awesome. We elected to stay in Katong after briefly seeing it on a flying laksa visit last year and weren’t disappointed. Darius gave us an excellent blend of food, local sights and history. All the food was excellent and also a nice surprise to experience one of the foods we saw on Street foods/Netflix (putu piring). Darius knows his stuff and has a great sense of humour. This was exactly what we wanted to get to know Katong a bit better. Thanks!

Well worth your time! - Despite an unusually hot day for Singapore, our walking food tour with Zaniel was delightful, flavorful and all the right ingredients intellectually that this foodie craved! Zaniel introduced us to local food specialties, the history behind the famous dishes, which highlighted the coming together of the 3 major ethnic heritages that have made Singapore what it is today. Well worth the cost of holding your appetite for this foodie meet up!

Colorful Joo Chiat - This activity allowed me to learn about the culture of the Peranakan and Joo Chiat communities. I saw the quaint preserved buildings while walking, and through Zaniel's introduction, I learned that the patterns on the exterior design of the Peranakan houses are meaningful. I also tasted Nyonya cakes, Indian food, and the famous Katong Laksa. This three-hour journey was very satisfying.

Tasty adventure - Jaimie was very enthusiastic and full of energy. Our walk was leisurely and informative. Hearing about growing up and living in Singapore was very interesting. The foods we tried were multi-ethnic and very tasty, a good sampling of the many cultures of the city.

Local Food Tour - Jamie goes all out to make this a really worthwhile experience, somewhat away from the central area, and more akin to a local walk around where the real people live and work. The food we tried were samples of that, and were picked for the local expertise and quality of that particular product.
