I you only do one tour of Singapore make it this one! - I found this tour on Airbnb experiences and the booking and communication with the host was smooth and prompt. Our group was assigned Pamela as our guide and I can’t thank her enough! Pam was super warm, accommodating and hilariously funny, but also extremely knowledgeable and engaging, which made a huge difference! It was awesome to hear her take on so many relevant topics related to Singapore’s fascinating recent history and development. I also thought the tour was extreme well curated, I came away from it having experienced something interesting and also learning so much about Singapore. Highly recommend!

Unexpected pleasure!!! - We took a chance on this tour. It was our fourth day in Singapore and we were pretty tired. We were certainly glad we booked this tour! There were six of us. Gee was simply amazing!! His energy and knowledge were great! I learned more about Singapore in the 4.5 hours with him than I had learned in the 4 days prior. Ascending to the roof of a Public House gave us great perspective. The cruise was very enjoyable don’t Gee’s knowledge. The Chinese Tea room was also excellent!! Highly recommend this tour for something different!!

Afternoon Very Well Spent - Had a great afternoon / evening with our guide Gee Soo. We were fortunate to experience several different locations and their accompanying stories and history. It was especially valuable to hear about elements of living in Singapore and what makes it the country it is from a local citizen's point of view. Gee Soo was incredibly accommodating, personable and friendly and really made the tour for me. Also, loved the chicken rice dinner!

Excellent tour - thanks Pam! - Pam took us on an excellent 4.5 hr tour of downtown Singapore. We met at the City Hall MRT station and walked to the National Museum where she told us about the history of Singapore, British and Japanese occupation and eventual independence. It was quite warm that day but Pam made sure and took us into air conditioned spaces periodically so we could cool off. A unique aspect of this tour is going to a public housing building (with an amazing 50 story view) and learning about the process of renting/buying the units (fascinating coming from US). The hawker center was fun; the rice was delicious as was the sugar cane juice and pastry. The tea ceremony was a wonderful end to an amazing tour. I learned a lot and had a great time - Pam is an excellent guide!!

History, boat ride and food equal a great time - Pamela did a fantastic job walking us through the history of the area. The boat tour was a relaxing way to see the various sights from the water. Really enjoyed the hainanese chicken rice and dessert that we tried at the hawker center.

Excellent taste of Singapore’s heritage. - Pamela, our tour guide was awesome! She had a small group but the majority were Spanish speaking. Regardless…this did not deter her.
