Perfect day in Lisbon and Sintra! - Do not pass up the opportunity to tour Lisbon and Sintra with Carlos. He is the best and provided the most wonderful experience for me including some stops that I requested and he did not blink an eye when I asked. In addition, I was comfortable all day and appreciated the lovely and clean van and his awesome driving skills! What a gem!

The experience was enhanced with private guide - We originally planned to take a train and do this trip on our own. Then we spoke with a Portuguese woman who suggested we get a private driver/guide. We hired Hugo from Heart & Soul Tours. Best money we spent and really a high light of our 3 week trip! He picked us up at our hotel, drove and explained history of Portugal, got us in before the crowds and took us through. I highly recommend!!

Carlos was dignified, friendly... - <p>Carlos was dignified, friendly, caring and an expert on his country. He was very helpful with my husbands mobility scooter. Without this private tour, we would not have been able to see half of the city. We will continue to try for more viator tours.</p>

I only had a single day in Lisbon... - <p>I only had a single day in Lisbon and I wanted to get a survey of both Lisbon and Sintra. I knew that my schedule would not permit in-depth exploration of any particular site. Carlos, my guide, did an amazing job of balancing time across both locations. He also shared a great deal of historical background over the course of the day. The car was a comfortable Mercedes, despite the miserable wind, rain, and fog throughout the day. Carlos picked me up at my hotel promptly, we quickly agreed on a schedule for the day, and then we were off!</p>
