Sintra was the highlight of our trip - This tour was worth every single penny. Simone was an amazing tour guide who gave us all the history on Sintra. She was efficient on what we needed to see and made sure we made the most of our tour. She made it fun and interesting, we really enjoyed our day there. Sintra is absolutely beautiful and everyone should see it. It was great to be with someone who knew where to go and what to see. I highly recommend this tour.

Sintra day tour - Susanna was our guide for our second tour with Van go Tours and was a perfect tour guide. She thinks of everything to make your tour as enjoyable as possible. Lots of walking and steps on this tour but Susanna knows how to break it up to keep us from tiring out. Saw Pena Palace, Moorish Castle and Quinta de Regaleira. This company is highly recommended. We had two rours with two different guides and they are extremely professional. Highly recommended.

Sintra Private Tour with Pena Palace 6/2024 - We had a wonderful day visiting Pena Palace, Sintra and the surrounding area. Simone was our tour guide and she was amazing. We had a such a fine time with her. She is very knowledgable and was very interactive with the whole group. By the end of the tour, it was like we were hanging out with a family member. She did such a great job. A little more about the tour, the areas visited were all amazing. A lot to see and a lot of history of Portugal to be learned. I would highly recommend this tour and if your lucky getting Simone as your guide.

10/10 day with Susanna in Sintra - We went on a tour of Sintra with Susanna and I couldn’t recommend it more. If you are going to Sintra (or anywhere in Portugal), go with Susanna. She is so sweet and kind, made sure we had a comfortable trip and was so passionate/knowledgable about the area. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Magical private tour of all the best of Sintra - A perfect day trip from Lisbon to the beautiful town of Sintra. We enjoyed a private tour of this regional gem by our guide, Simone Silva. She was absolutely amazing. Simone was extremely knowledgeable of the history and culture of Lisbon and Porto. Her passion for what she does shined at every turn, and she was a pure pleasure to spend the day with! Simone took us by private van from our hotel in Lisbon just 25 minutes away to the beautiful and lush town of Sintra. We toured the Moorish Castle where she gave us some background and history and where we captured the most amazing views! From there we went to Pena Palace where she again provided thorough background of Pena Palace and the significance of the grounds. Simone was extremely adept at timing our entrance into the palace so we did not have to wait in the long lines! The palace is certainly a place to visit. After our tour Simone dropped us off in town for lunch where she recommended a great place to sit and enjoy some local cusine. We had time to tour the town's cute shops and picturesque streets. After lunch, she took us to Regialia, a magical place with lush gardens, and the mystical man-made staircase and caves. A must visit while in Sintra. A day trip to Sintra is a must do while in Lisbon. Be prepared to do a lot of up hill walking, good exercise and well worth it. We highly recommend this tour and especially our guide Simone!

Perfect touring day - Our guide was absolutely perfect. So much information but found and kept a perfect pace. Excellent car too which made the experience very comfortable.

Definitely worth it! - Bernardo was terrific. We really enjoyed our private tour in Sintra. Expect to walk approximately 6 miles over the course of the day, much of it uphill. It is totally worth it to see amazing sights.
