Incredible views with a very knowledgable guide! - Our guide Pedro shared a wealth of knowledge while anticipating all of the things that would make the ride up to the palace both informative and comfortable. He made the hour and a half tour so fun that it felt like it was over way too soon, and he went above and beyond giving us recommendations for things to do outside of Sintra as well. Loved every munute - Rana was our guide and he proved to be very knowledgeable , interesting and kind! Our tuk tuk tour was perfect .. beautiful scenery with lots of photo ops and none of the waiting in line or arduous walking. We are a senior couple and one of us mobility restricted but we felt we’d seen the best of Sintra. We could have gone back to one of the attractions eg Pena Palace but decided we’d had a delightful morning with Rana and didn’t need more. We also highly recommend TASCA BOUTIQUE DAS TAPAS near Sintra train station. We had the best meal of our entire Portuguese holiday there!

Pedro’s Tuk Tuk Tour of Sintra is the Best! - Our Tuk Tuk tour of Sintra with Pedro exceeded our expectations! He was so thoughtful of each of us as individuals and also as a family. We learned so much and saw way more than we would have been able to had we attempted to do it on our own. From the mountain to the ocean and in between, it was magical, breathtaking and educating all in one. Our 11-year old loved it all as well! Sintra by Tuk-Tuk, a great experience - Giorgi took my mother and me (no, not Carla and Frank van Putten!) up the mountain, with stories about the country houses, the palaces and the castle. He is attentive and entertaining. We wouldn't have wanted to miss this. And we are happy to give you that!
