Best day of our vacation - What a great day. Our tour guide was fantastic. So friendly and so knowledgable. Gonzalo was excellent!!!!

Great private tour - We had a great experience with Antonio and Gonzalo. This is as a private tour for 3 people. They were very knowledgeable and walked us around Sintra and explained many things that only locals would know. Also, they were very flexible to drop us in Belem instead of bringing us back to the hotel, which was very convenient for us, and gave us a ton of recommendations ! Highly recommended

Excellent tout! - Excellent tour with Gonçalo. He was so knowledgeable and fun to tour with. Super attentive to our needs and told us so many interesting facts not only about Quinta de Regaleira but also of the surrounding townships. Would definitely recommend this as a great half day tour. To note, it might not be the best tour for the mobility impaired due to all the hills and stairs but totally worth it for us and a nice workout to boot.

Need to do this - This is the best way to see Quinta da Regaleira. Out guide Diogo maximized the time we had in order to see what interested us. One of this best guides I've had. The most enjoyable experience of this vacation. t

Great afternoon on a private trip to Sintra - Fantastic afternoon with Diogo. He was very knowledgeable and excited to show us the area. We visited the beautiful town of Sinatra and the Quinta de Regaleira to visit the Initiation Well. A must see if you are in the area. He knew some great shortcuts so we were also able to visit some other locations. He made a couple of other suggestions based on our preferences, such as trying a local pastry and spirit. He was also a very safe and considerate driver. Would absolutely recommend

DO NOT BOOK WITH LRS. GO WITH ANOTHER TOUR COMPANY! - Let me begin by saying I rarely write a negative review but feel I owe it to others considering booking this tour. Prior to the tour I was in communication with Luis and Luisa and they were very responsive. I was sending 34 people on the tour so I was confident based on what they were saying that they could handle that number of people. I was misled and mistaken. The guides were not knowledgeable and provided little information prior to going to the Palace. After they were finished touring the castle they were told where to go for ice cream and the tour was over. It was extremely disappointing. When I contacted Luis afterwards, I was told that it was not true. We discussed some reimbursement but not surprisingly he never called back. If you look at the reviews, the negative reviews are never addressed. This castle tour is given by many tour groups. I STRONGLY recommend going with a different tour group!!!!!!

Not Good - Unfortunately my most memorable part of my tour was our guide Gonzalo, was an Hour and twenty minutes late. He called us 5 minutes after our scheduled pick up time and said he was half hour to 45 minutes away. Called him back 45 later and said another 15. He also failed to provide the full itinerary on the scheduleI. have used this company before and have had great tours and guides, so it was disappointing to have this experience.
