Excellent tour and day trip . - This tour is really well planned and I enjoyed the variety of places we visited . Helena is a lovely, fun , and caring person . She maximized our experiences and gave us just the right amount of history and information to make our visits more meaningful . Lunch was delicious and great value in a beautiful setting , and ourtreats along the way made it an extra special day . Be aware that Sintra and Peña Palace are very hilly and there’s a fair amount of uphill climbing. However , Helena tries to minimize that as much as possible by taking parking as close as she can , and I managed it even with my arthritic knees . It was a really memorable day .

Carlos is the BEST Tour Guide in Sintra! - Carlos found my sisters and I at the train station in Sintra. We were reading maps and trying to decide on our plan for the day to see all the sights we wanted to see. It was quickly clear that we were not going to be able to do it all, when Carlos found us. I admit we were a very hard sell but Carlos' charm and knowledge of the area and his promise to let us see it all and more won us over. In the end, this was the best guided tour we have ever been on! Carlos was super attentive, very funny and witty and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the region from the past Kingdom, politics, environment, legend and lore. We had an outstanding day and feel that we got the exclusive VIP tour of this beautiful area. Carlos was magic and we cannot say enough great things! You'd be considered very lucky if you are able to get Carlos to guide your excursion!!

Excellent tour through Sintra - I visited Sintra with my friends in March 2020 due to our semester abroad in Lisbon. There, we met Ruben, who offered us a tour through Sintra and to Cabo da Roca for a really appropriate price. This day turned out to be one of the most beautiful an funniest day I spent in my semester abroad. Ruben, our guide, was willing to get us familiar with the beauty and history of Sintra and Portugal in a very relaxed and nice atmosphere. I appreciate that he always attended to our wishes and didn’t hurry, when we wanted to chill and enjoy the moment and we were impressed about his broad knowledge he shared with us. Regarding my experience, I can only recommend this tour and can only repeat myself when I say that this was one of the most amazing days in Portugal. On no other day I had so much fun and at the same time gained so much knowledge about the country I spent my semester abroad in.
