- Tunturitie 2 - This longer snowmobile safari will give you the chance to explore the breathtaking trails around the Levi fell. You will enjoy ever changing landscapes and make several stops to admire the snowy nature along the way. If weather conditions are good, we may even have the chance to drive to the top of the fell! Warm drinks and a snack will be served during a longer break in a cosy local cafeteria or Lapp tent. The tour is suitable for anyone interested in experiencing snowmobiling. The driving time is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes and the driving distance depends on the driving skills of the group. Two adults ride on one snowmobile, single riding is possible for an extra charge. Children 4 - 14 years will travel in a sleigh pulled behind the guide’s snowmobile when child price is paid. Children over 140 cm can sit on a snowmobile, when paying adult price for the tour. The driver of a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B driver’s license. Customers intending to drive a snowmobile must bring their driving license with them on the tour. According to Finnish traffic regulations, a copy or a photograph of the driving license cannot be accepted.

- Meeting time: 30 minutes before the start of your safari. Please be on time, as refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
- The driver of a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B driver’s license. Customers intending to drive a snowmobile must bring their driving license with them on the tour. According to Finnish traffic regulations, a copy or a photograph of the driving license cannot be accepted. If you do not bring your driving license you won’t be able to drive and no refund can be offered.
- Wild Nordic has 0 tolerance for alcohol and drugs during the activities.
- Children 4 - 14yrs paying the child price are entitled to a space in the sledge pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. Children over 140cm may ride as a passenger on the snowmobile, when paying the adult price. Children 7 years and under should be accompanied by an adult in the sleigh. Please note, that we do not recommend snowmobile safaris for children under 4 years for their own comfort and safety.
- Snowmobile tours are not suitable for pregnant women due to vibrations as a result of uneven tracks, and the presence of exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles.
- All snowmobiles used on tours are insured as required by Finnish law. The self liability amount for damage caused to the snowmobile is a flat rate of 900€. By purchasing an additional self liability waiver for 20€/driver you can reduce the self liability flat rate to 150€/driver/accident case.
- Wild Nordic reserves the right to change the route and duration of all excursions due to the prevailing weather and snow conditions or in consideration of the safety and comfort of the participants. Wild Nordic reserves the right to discontinue the tour if a participant is seen as a potential danger to him/herself or to others or is in poor health. Pre-paid safaris will not be refunded in such cases.

We will pick you up from the car park, outside of the Levi Tourist Information centre in Myllyjoentie 2, 99130 Sirkka. Your meeting time is 30 minutes before the start of your tour, so your transfer departs at 13:00. Please be on time, as refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Just great !!! - The tour was unique. We had booked the 4 hour tour. It was actually much better than it reads in the description. Ivan, our guide, was super nice, had a lot of information for us and he went out of his way to make sure we had a great morning. You really don't experience that often. We drove beautiful routes, had great photo stops and had a really great experience. We are thrilled and can recommend the provider and the tour 100%.

Discovery of the landscapes of Lapland in the company of friendly and competent guides - We did the 4 hour safari with a stop in a small hamlet on the edge of a lake.
After the briefing on motorcycle handling and safety, we set off on a safari exploring the hills around Levi. Our guide, Yann, was very attentive to the participants to ensure that everything went well. We made several stops along the way to take photos and listen to our guide's explanations. He made us observe animal tracks and gave us a “deep snow” experience. During the break, we had the opportunity to enjoy a hot berry juice and homemade pastries.
It is also possible to rent snowshoes for a hike.
We recommend Wild Nordic for your activities in Levi.

Amazing time on the snowmobile! - I had an amazing time today! We had the snow mobile trip. Yann guided us, he was a great instructor! The weather was not the best but with a good camera we could see the northrern lights. We made some stops in between the ride to make sure everyone was still okay and Yann gave us the best tips and tricks for using the snowmobile. We had a break in a cozy tipi tent where we roasted a sausage above the fire with some tasty warm cranberry juice. During this break we had plenty of time to take pictures. I would defininetly recommend this activity. Thank you Yann!
