- Mountain of Vodno - This tour is a combination of some of the most famous landmarks around Skopje. Our first stop is Vodno (576m) Where we will take the first photos from above.
- Church of St. Panteleimon - Our next stop is The Church of Saint Panteleimon which was build in Macedonian/Byzantine style in XII century. The church is famous for the coloring, dramatic composition and purity of expression displayed in the frescoes which are outstanding examples of Byzantine medieval monumental painting in the late 12th century.

Matka Canyon - Matka Canyon is surrounded with mountains, great spots for photographers. beautiful nature and breathtaking landscapes.
Boat trip ( 30-40 minutes) Visiting Vrelo cave which is considered to be one of the deepest underwater caves in Europe and the world.
Short coffee break at the restaurant by the lake and we will have 10 minutes walk to our transfer point.

A hidden gem in an unlikely place - If you're like me, a typical westerner who has been fed the idea that Balkan countries are depressing and only full of communist architecture, then I'd recommend taking this tour. It'll change your whole view completely.
This short half-day tour allowed me and my wife to experience the beauty of Macedonia, not more than 30 minutes from the capital. And though we had managed to go on a rather rainy day, it's beauty was not obscured in the slightest, in fact, it only enhanced it if that's even possible. It is a must-do if visiting Skopje, no doubt.
Our tour guide, Maty, was great and did his best to ensure we all enjoyed the tour, and was very insightful on the historty of Skopje as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Matka canyon review - Great tour. Boat ride and cave were worth seeing. It packed lot of stuff for a half day tour. The cable at ride to millennium cross was fun. Overall. A very nice well organized tour. The guide was informative and friendly.

Any time again - We were very satisfied, everything was well organized and they made sure we got to where we wanted to go on time so we didn't get stuck in traffic. We were also picked up directly from the hotel. We would be happy to go again any time.

Successful day. - It has been a succesful day! Our tour guide Alek created a good atmosphere and had good stories. The Matka Lake was the best part.

Great half-day trip - Our guide was Alek, who drove us in the minibus and told us a lot about Skopje and Macedonia. Great explanations and great restaurant recommendations. Definitely recommended for people who want to see a good view of the city and nature.

Informative tour but a little rushed - Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of interesting things to tell us about the places we visited, as well as general information and history about North Macedonia.
Matka canyon was a beautiful place and I wish we could have spent more time there.
The little church of Saint Panteleimon was also a great stop!
The bus on the way to the canyon had a problem with the A/C, so they changed busses while we visited the canyon. Unfortunately the second bus had the same problem.
As it was Monday, the cable car up to the cross was closed, so we stopped at a viewpoint instead. This would’ve been fine if there actually was a view to be seen, but the place was overgrown by trees and bushes. This stop could’ve been skipped to give us more time at the canyon.
All in all I recommend this tour if you don’t have a lot of time in Skopje and you don’t want to drive or arrange your trip to the canyon yourself.

Must do tour if visiting Skopje! - Great little tour! The canyon is beautiful, worth a visit when visiting Skopje!!
Tour guide was helpful and kind. Bus has aircon. Trip lasted longer than the time stated, so keep in mind if you are sticking to a timetable. Didn’t bother me though!
Only thing is we wasn’t allowed to use the toilet on the coach and you have to pay to use the toilet everywhere!! Not good if your British like me drinking loads of water due to it being 25degrees! Would have got five stars if toilet facilities were available on the coach.

Dodgy company - Only 2 stars because the driver/guide was really nice and would deserve 5 stars but the company is dodgy. They contacted me through an unknown WhatsApp number the night before the tour (after 10pm) that the tour won't go ahead at 9am but 1pm instead. No reason or explanation was offered. The guide showed up with a quite dirty and rather old minibus which didn't indicate that it belongs to any tour company. Fees for cable car, church or boat tour are not included, cash is needed to pay for them. There is no hike. Description of the tour is misleading. Guide was good but company totally unreliable and extremely bad in communicating. I wish I would have read the other reviews before booking.
