Skopje and Matka canyon tour
Warrior on a Horse - We will admire the biggest monument and fountain of Alexander the Great in the world
Skopje Fortress Kale - We will visit the Kale in Skopje, a well-preserved fortress. The first fortress was built in 6th century AD on a land that was inhabited during the Neolithic and Bronze ages (roughly 4000 BC onwards)
Millennium Cross - With a cable car, we will go up to the Millennium Cross built here as a monument of 2000 years of Christianity in the world and in these lands.
Memorial House of Mother Teresa - We will visit the Memorial House of the most famous Skopje-born citizen, Mother Teresa. She was born in Skopje in 1910. There is no admission, but you can donate to your free will.
Old Bazaar, Skopje - The bazaar is a labyrinth of narrow streets with a vast of different stores, where you can buy almost everything you can imagine.
Matka Canyon - We will explore the magnificent Matka Canyon and have a chance to visit the Vrelo Cave, on small boats.
Ohrid - At the end of the day, we will be transferred to Ohrid for our overnight.
Ohrid, Bay of bones and St Naum tour
Holy Mary Perybleptos - We will start the walking tour from the Old part of Ohrid. We can visit the Holy Mother of God, Peribleptos Church
Saint Sophia - We will continue with the visit of the St. Sophia Church
Ancient Theatre of Ohrid - We will visit the Ancient Theater in Ohrid
Plaoshnik - We will climb up to Plaoshnik and visit the archaeological site as well as the Church St. Panteleimon and St. Clement of Ohrid
Tsar Samuel’s Fortress - We can climb on the Tsar Samuil Fortress and see beautiful panoramas of the entire Ohrid Lake and the surrounding.
St. Jovan Kaneo - We will continue to the most photogenic church in Ohrid. St. John in Kaneo.
National Ohrid Museum - Robevci House - We can visit the Robevci House Museum
Bay of the Bones Museum - We will be transferred to the Bay of bones Museum on water and explore the reconstruction of a neolithic settlement on water. We will learn from the curator how people from pre-historic times lived in this extraordinary place.
Monastery of Saint Naum - We will continue to the St. Naum Monastery in the same-named settlement and enjoy in the lake springs, the beaches, and the local restaurants.
Pristina - At the end of the tour, we will get back into our comfortable vehicle and get back to Pristina. Lean back and enjoy, it’s going to be a long ride.
