Bucket list satisfied - Most fun adventure we had on the island. Kids (ages 10 & 12) LOVED it! Smooth process that is safe for any age!

Easiest and most straightforward parasailing - They were super accommodating and let us check in a half hour early and made the whole experience super easy and memorable. The only thing that could've been improved was it took us a few minutes to find the meetup. (Meet at the boat on the dock) 10/10 would do again though.

Worst customer service ever - Sadly no option to 0 x *
He don’t even deserve 1
We were 15min delayed on meeting time due to one member of our party falling ill and attending doctors in AM
However we would have been on time for the start of tour at 12pm
The guide contacted us at 11:46am we told them we were on our way
He refused the wait
He refused to reschedule (although we had moved our original booking to accompany more customers for them)
He refused a refund (even though our booking still stated 16pm start)
No leniency at all
We have worked in tour guiding for 10 years and never seen anything this bad
