A day in the fishing villa of Essaouira (Mogador) - It is worth a day to Essaouira for a dive and swim in the finest and softest sands I have ever known. A tour of the Villa and the strong Portuguese legacy. I recommend a good grilled fish chosen directly from the banana and some shrimp. The trip goes well in the company of the cheerful Ramid, Expert in world and desert music. Excellent driver who speaks and sings in numerous languages, including Indian songs!

Great day trip with a fun driver - My partner and I went to Essouria for a day trip, we were part of a small group. Erramis, our driver was great fun, and engaged with everyone in the group including in their respective languages. Erramis and made the journey to and from Essaouira good fun. We stopped at a women's Argan cooperative and it was interesting to see the process of how Argan oil is made including opportunity to buy any Argan based products. There was a break on the journey there and back at a clean, comfortable location with facilities to buy snacks, use the toilet and stretch/ sit down. We had 5 hours free time in Essaouira to explore and partake in anything of interest. It was a beautiful location, with a lovely beach and some of the best food ive had in Morroco. Due to crowds, Erramis was not able to drop us back at the pick up location in the minibus but handed us over to a colleague who managed to get us back and he followed up to check that we made it back safely.
