My business customers and I very amazed by this privately-guided tour - That's truly the best walking tour I've ever taken with my business visitors in Bulgaria. Very knowledgeable local guide, interesting sights, off-the-beaten path with lots of information that you cannot read anywhere. Truly interesting and entertaining!

Took it with business customers again, its great! - We took our busoness customer on this tour. It was totally great and we were delighted as always. By the way we take it for the third time as this is the best walking tour with the most knowleadgeable guides in Sofia. We always take our business partners and spend the tour with them and they are very happy. We too because this tour is always updated and new, never the same one as before, always to learn something new. Bravo!

Superb Sofia Orientation - Yordan met us at our hotel and tailored the tour to our scheduling needs. He is a teacher and knows how to distill the information and framed the central city walk with background details. We rode the subway and tram with him to get that experience as well. Excellent way to get started with the Sofia experience. We very highly recommend this tour.

The private tour in Sofia which is a must - Absolutely fantastic local guide Yordan! We took half of the tour on foot and then we used the vehicle. If you ask me what i prefer, it depends - in our case it started to rain and we needed it as we had it in the booking. Super reccommending this operator! Fabulous tour of Sofia - A wonderful tour of Sofia. Our guide was amazing. He shared great information. We went everywhere and saw great places in the city. We spent the right amount of time at each place. Nick was so nice. A perfect tour. I highly recommend

Disappointed - The guide, Vianka, was excellent . However, I think the price was outrages for a 2 hours walking tour. Shameful

Misleading literature on the tour (all walking) - Of course there were some interesting buildings but nothing super spectacular. Lots of walking (almost five miles all in). The literature indicated a private air conditioned vehicle would be utilized with a number of drivebys and a number of stops but no vehicle showed up for us and the operator said it was because our hotel was near city center. We would not have booked this tour if we knew it would be a walking tour for 4 hours. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable so no complaint there, its all on the operator. Some of the ancient ruins were interesting but government and university buildings were not so interesting.

I never receive Tour and any help - This tour never happend and I requested service, is not Money, I didn't get help, just low profile excuses, I'm an experimented traveler with more than 50 countries and this time was a plenty mess. Enjoy my suffering.

Although the offer... - Although the offer claimed the service will be provided at anytime customer demanded, this vendor cannot provide service for a very late time and we have to cancel, but never got the refund.
