Your journey will be accompanied by a narrative of key landmarks by your tour guide. Three of Sofia’s most eminent locations - Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Saint Sofia Basilica, and Saint George Rotunda - can be accessed at no extra cost.
Should there be only one reservation for a specific date and time, which is often the case, this tour will be conducted privately at no extra expense.

Friendly & knowledgeable - Friendly and knowledgeable guide that took us around the center of Sofia. The tour was just the right length to see all the key sights without becoming too long. The guide had many local and historical insights

As above - We had a fantastic couple of hours with Dimitri,who was very knowledgable and fun. We learned a lot about Sofia, its history, tradition and culture of Bulgarian people. We loved it and would highly recommend it

Great tour with a great guide.. Well worth it - This was a great walk around Sofia including the top places to visit and the many different cultures that have shaped the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had.

Excellent guided walking tour! - Our guests had an excellent guided walking tour of Sofia with Peter!
They were extremely satisfied! He is a friendly and funny person who told them many interesting things about Sofia and its history. They enjoyed their time!

Amazing experience - I had such a great time with Pater my guide. We walked around the city, visited some beautiful and ancient places. I got to learn so much about Bulgaria and it's people. It was an amazing experience. Thanks a lot !

Great overview of a great city - We absolutely loved this tour and our guide, Peter. We got to see a ton in just 2 hrs and we learned so much about the history of Sofia. We would highly recommend this tour, and especially Peter!

Usually such tours can be exhausting, but this one was perfect, and Peter (our guide) was so fun and thorough with everything!

Great way to see some of Sofia’s landmarks - We had a great time walking around the city with our tour guide Peter. Peter was super friendly and encouraged tourists to ask as many questions as possible. We saw key landmarks across the city, and whilst it is a slightly shorter walking tour of 2 hours, in a 32c+ Sofia, 2 hours is enough before you want to get back indoors or find some shade. You’ll have lots more to explore across Sofia once this tour has finished, as it doesn’t cover the entire city, nor the more in-depth history of communism. Some of us even finished the tour with a glass of wine with Peter. Highly recommend.
