Wonderful daily active walking tour of heart of Rila National Park, a view of the fabulous seven glacial lakes with their own name and shape.

Highlights

Panichishte Lake - We depart from Sofia and drive for approximately 2 hours to the start of the hike from where we ascend 25 minutes by a 2-person chair lift to an elevation of 2000 meters. This is the starting point of our hike to 2500 meters above sea level. (NB, the price of the chair lift ticket is not included in the tour)
Good physical fitness is required, and customers are responsible for carrying appropriate clothing and footwear for high altitude weather conditions.
A 2 hour walk with breathtaking panoramic views of the lakes is then followed by a 30-minute lunch break. We then continue walking for approximately 1.5 hours before our return journey, again via the chairlift, to Sofia.

The 7 Rila Lake Guided Tour with Tsetso was fantastic. 🙂 - Absolutely fantastic from pickup to drop off, Tsetso took wonderful, care of us. He is very knowledgeable and comes highly recommended. The hike and the 7 Rila Lakes were amazing. I felt very confident with Tsetso, as he is a qualified mountain guide amongst other things. We also booked and thourghly enjoyed the Rila Monastery tour, with Tsetso. Another fantastic adventure which was very well organised. On both of the tours I felt happy and safe in the vehicle and on the hike. Thank you for two brilliant adventures. 🙂🙂🙂

Stanimira - The tour is amazing, organized very good and the guide is friendly and very knowledge. The Rila mountain is excellent place to trip, the views and fotos is incredible. We are absolutely happy to do that traveling.
