Snuba Cenote - Xel-ha was amazing for my first time going. My girlfriend and her brother and I did the snuba cenota and it was amazing. David and Charley were our guides and they were hands down the best ever. So if you go only ask for them. We were all nervous at first but they walked us through how to do it all and it was really helpful I would totally recommend the snuba cenote at xel-ha it’s a once and a life time opportunity. Thank you again David and Charley!!

Another great visit! - This is our 2nd time at Xel Ha and it was great. We got to enjoy a beautiful sunny day snorkeling and saw lots of fishes and the kids love the kids splash pool and treetop playground. Got to venture around little more than we did the previous year. Overall a fun day. This park is an all fun inclusive. Includes towels, snorkel gear, admission and food/drinks.

Fun time, great snorkeling! - Great visit! We had so much fun exploring and snorkeled for four hours! Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. There were a lot of add ons that you could pay for to enhance your visit but found that we had enough to keep us occupied without the upgrades. This park requires a bit of physical activity between the walking, swimming etc. Be prepared with good water/walking shoes & reef safe sunscreen (they check it when you enter the park). All food and drinks were included in the admission. The buffet was actually pretty good, better than our hotel resort!

A good experience - We really had a good time the only bad thing about the place was that Entering they did not specify that there were more restaurants arriving at the place you enter And you find a restaurant that is super full, the others are not as full if that is. It's your first time. I recommend going to eat at the other restaurants further away from the entrance. Personally we did some activities One of them that we loved but has an extra cost is the power snorkel which was great Time literally passed us by there. The instructors were very friendly, nice and attentive. It was a fun experience with them. We toured a large part of the place I really recommend it The drinks here aren't that bad. We didn't like the food much but The slide, the zip line The manatees had a great time, we ended up tired, the dolphin show was also great The truth is, if I came back it would be to go again to do the activity we paid for. What is power snorkel Thank you

Over priced - Over all it was fun. The bus was 25 minutes late picking us up. Then the bus broke down and we sat for 40 minutes with no instructions of what was happening. We hopped on a different bus. Then the driver stoped again at a gas station.. wtf? We were 5 minutes late getting back to the bus and the workers were very rude about us being late but I guess it’s okay for them. One of them told us to run for the bus. Ah no! EMA! For $550 I expected more. Tickets are to expensive for what you get. We will not be returning.

A disappointment - I don’t know if this would’ve been better if we hadn’t gone on a Friday but it was so disappointing! It was supposed to be a relaxing day of snorkeling and tubing down a lazy river. It was instead like Disney at the ocean with throngs of crowds and crying babies, bumper to bumper tubes, crowded restaurants, etc. The rope swing was lame, snorkeling was ok and we saw a sting ray and fish but not crystal clear calm waters at all. Wish we had spent our last day at our resort instead.

HORRIBLE FOOD, OVER PRICED, TOURIST TRAP, NOT AS ADVERTISED - It was very overpriced, the food was ATROCIOUS and very poor quality. The attractions were okay but took an extremely long time to go to. The place where you're supposed to snorkel had a very small amount of fish (barely any) and the snorkels got fogged up after 5 min. The zipline was less than 75ft. The pictures cost $40 for 1 or $120 for a whole pack. The one restaurant that had steak and other good food options is only open during "high seasons" which isn't mentioned anywhere on the website. All the add-ons are extremely expensive. It also doesn't make sense that if you aren't drinking alcohol you still have to pay the same amount as those that are drinking a lot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, TOURIST TRAP, WAY WAY OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE FOOD
