Highlight of trip to Italy! - This cooking experience far exceeded our expectations! We felt like long lost family welcomed into Alessandra’s beautiful home! She and her helper put us at ease…we laughed and exchanged stories, tasted grapes from her rooftop with the most amazing view, then jumped right into the cooking and explanations. She explained the cooking techniques thoroughly…not like a professor lecturing, but like you best friend helping you cook a new dish. Most of the elements we cooked came straight from her garden. She allowed us to really make things, like the dough, ravioli and more. However she had ingredients measured out and ready so everything moved along quickly. Honestly I can’t wait to show off my new skills as soon as we get home. I can’t express how PERFECT this experience was! The food was amazing! And to know that we made it was even more exciting. This was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy!

Beautiful farm, delicious food, perfect host - Martina and her Nonna were so kind and sweet!! Martina and her family have a beautiful farm with beautiful views of Sorrento! Martina was an impeccable instructor and is passionate about the food she cooks! Do not hesitate...book with her and it will be a memory you'll never forget!! Highly recommend!

Best experience - amazing cooking class in sorrento - We had an amazing evening with Barbara! It was such a pleasure coking with her, and spending a night with a „friend“ We would 100% recommend it! We’ve made probably the best ravioli we ever ate, and ate one of the best tomato sauces there is. This review could go on and on, but the best is - book it for yourself and experience it. Definitely worth it!

Authentic Italian experience - Martina is amazing!! I had such a great experience at her place. The house, kitchen and outside seating were so warm and authentic. Her nonna lives there and she showed her how to cook. We made caprese, pasta and tiramisù that I had the pleasure to eat afterwards. Sitting outside with the view of Sorrento was fabulous. Martina is a generous and kind person who shares her passion for Italian cooking. I recommend her if you are in the region and want a true Italian experience. Thank you dear Martina for the lovely moment.

Italian Hospitality at its finest! - We had an amazing time with Anna, Peppe, Marta & Brook! They welcomed us into their home and immersed us in their culture. Anna taught us how to make Ravioli, gnocchi, & Tiramisu - so fun and delicious! Peppe served us wine & limoncello, & helped in the kitchen. Cannot recommend this experience enough! Such wonderful people! ❤️

Traditional Italian Cooking class - This experience was amazing! The whole family was super friendly and welcoming to their home and it was beautiful learning about the italian traditions! Would totally recommend this class, I went in not knowing anything about cooking and left with total confidence!

A Dinner Party of a Lifetime! - Anna and her family were absolutely adorable! Amazing meal and company. I enjoyed learning her grandmother’s recipes and techniques plus the stories behind them. The food was delicious especially since they grew all their vegetables and herbs. Her sous chef 😉/husband Pepe made the night even more fun! Brook, the sister-in-law felt like an old friend by the end of the evening. Truly an experience of a lifetime. Buon Apetito! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fabulous experience - My mother and I went to this cooking class with our host Alessia. We had the most amazing time, it was the highlight of our trip to Italy. About a week or so before our cooking class, Alessia was communicating with us and arranged transportation for us from our hotel. Once we arrived, she was extremely hospitable and attentive. She showed us around her beautiful yard which was full of lemon trees and olives trees. We were fortunate to have her completely to ourselves. She showed us how to make Tagliolini egg pasta with a delicate and delicious lemon sauce and then Ravioli pasta made on the stove. She showed us her technique to make the ravioli for which we made a delicious tomato sauce. The Lemon Tagliolini was amazing and we have never had such tender ravioli! We also made Tiramisu and it was delicious! We definitely would do this again! Our host was wonderful. Communication was above and beyond (even as far as sending the recipes afterward). Thank you Alessia. A+++++
