This was an amazing authentic Italian experience while also being educational! 10/10 would recommend! - Carmen was amazing!!! Best experience ever! We got to make different dishes like Gnocchi and eggplant Parmesan while having a blast!

BEST EXPERIENCE! - This was SUCH a fun experience. Would highly recommend for ANYONE! Chef Carmen is the BEST!! I did not want this experience to end and would love to come back some day. I will remember this experience forever and wish I could be with chef Carmen all of the time!

Don’t miss! - An amazing experience! Carmen was knowledgeable, funny, and a skilled chef and teacher! We made eggplant Parmesan, pasta for our pasta dish, and lemon tiramisu. All were delicious!! Our glasses were never empty and we left with our bellies full, great pictures, and happy memories. We did the “lunch” class. Do not make dinner plans that night if you do the same! It was a wonderful, can’t be missed experience in Sorrento! Book now!

An Amazing Experience - I was on a group trip to Sorrento with lots of free time and decided to take a cooking class. Our tour guide Cinta recommended Carmen's cooking class at Cucina del Gusto. I went with about 6 others and we learned how to make pasta and gnocchi. I have never done this before and Carmen was an excellent instructor. The class came with copious amounts of prosecco and included a lunch with the pasta and gnocchi we made. This was served with wine as well. Carmen was full of knowledge and provided commentary not only on cuisine and cooking, but also facts about the area. We had so much fun that we negotiated a group dinner one evening for all of the members on our trip (about 40). Ths evening was an absolute blast, with a number of antipasti dishes, a gnocchi dish using a famous Sorrento region sauce, dessert, wine, and of course, limoncello. The entire group had an incredible time, and Carmen and her staff were excellent and energetic hosts. What was interesting is that a number of other patrons came into the restaurant during our dinner and occupied the few reaiming tables, they saw how much fun we were all having and joined in on the fun. I cannot recommend this experience enough to others seeking to learn more about Italian regional cooking. Carmen is an absolute gem!!

Pasta making. - We had a great experience cooking with Chef Carmen and learning to make Gnocchi and Fettuccine . Carmen is knowledgeable and lots of fun. We returned with a group of 40 for dinner too. Great food and drinks.

Highlight of my trip - Outstanding class! Carmen is so welcoming, knowledgeable and a great teacher! I picked up all the inside tips and techniques. The experience made me confident to create restaurant quality gnocchi and fettuccine in my own home. Thank you Carmen! #1 experience in Sorrento.

BEST CHEF AND CLASS EVER!!!! - 3 Girlfriend's and I took the most amazing class with the one and only Chef Carmen!! We made Gnocchi and probably the best Eggplant Parm I've ever Eaten and to boot a Lemon Tiramisu. She kept us drinking and also fed us with stories and lessons and tips of how to cook like real Italians!!! I WILL be revisiting her and her team made us feel right at home!! Very easy to find and just so delicious!!!! Carmen is a powerhouse of warmth and knowledge and humor which always makes it more fun!! We had the best time and can't wait to try these dishes to impress our families and friends!! Do yourselves a favor and take any class you can with Chef Carmen!!! Love you Carmen!!

Outstanding! - It does not get any better than a cooking class with Chef Carmen....friendly, funny, and her warm heart and passion for cooking all come through in her class. Makes you feel like family and the food is amazing, some of the best I have had in Sorrento!! I visit Sorrento about twice a year and this was my first cooking class, but definitely look forward to booking again without hesitation. I have made a new friend in Sorrento :)

Incredible - Learned a lot, had an amazing experience! - My wife and I had an amazing time with Chef Carmen at this cooking class! Our goal was to learn things we can take home and thats exactly what we got out of the class - we've been cooking lots of what we learned to make in the 6 months since we left Sorrento. With that said, we got so much more out of the class with the atmosphere. It was such a fun experience. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone!!!

Do yourself a favor and book this class!!!! - I wish I was able to leave a ten star review. Five stars just doesn't seem adequate! Me, my wife and daughters took Chef Carmen's class while on vacation in Italy. It was a total blast!! Chef Carmen is an amazing person and a complete joy to be around. Her class was very informative and extremely fun! I cant's stress this enough. Also, this class is completely interactive, meaning, that it was not a demonstration. You prepare the dishes while Chef Carmen advises you while you work. Many cook classes do not do this. It becomes a demonstration. Not so with Chef Camren. She throws you right into the "fire"! we made two fabulous dishes with a dessert. Cooking with Chef Carmen was the highlight of my vacation. If you are undecided about booking this class, don't be. You won't regret your decision!
