Highlight of our trip! - One of the highlights of our Italian vacation! Chef Carmen is equally knowledgeable, skilled and entertaining! We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class and the food we made was delicious! She was generous with the wine and limoncello and gave so many tips and tricks that I feel like I could now cook all these recipes at home. Well worth the time and money!

Highlight of the trip - Carmen was the best teacher! We learned to make eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine and limone tiramisu. She was engaging, fun and full of information. I would recommend this class to anyone travelling to Sorrento!

I’m coming back to do this again!!! - It was the best I could have ever imagined! Chef Carmen is the absolute dynamo I envisioned, plus a patient and gentle teacher. We are a family of 5 with 3 girls 12-16. Such an incredible Italian experience. She made us all chefs! Her team is absolutely outstanding too! Thank you so much for the INCREDIBLE food and wonderful family bonding time!! You are a reason to come back to Sorrento!

Best Cooking & Dining Experience in Sorrento - This was honestly the best experience we had in Sorrento. Carmen was so very knowledgeable and really got back to the basics of pasta and gnocchi making in her cooking class. This was all from scratch. It truly was a pleasurable experience for all levels of cooking expertise. Would 100% recommend this to all. Thank you Carmen, family and her team. Also great restaurant located within walking range of the main square if you are just looking for lunch or dinner. DO NOT MISS OUT!

A++++ - We were a part of a group tour and we decided to stay in Sorrento instead of venturing out on an excursion. We wanted to take a cooking class to bring home the taste of Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Carmen was such a fun, interactive and informative chef who gave us more than we could ask for. And her staff/family was equally as skilled and attentive. It was family based and the epitome of what you desire as a cultural experience. This experience was a must if you are visiting the area and wish to enjoy your time and expand your cultural wishes!

Would give 10 stars if I could - If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Carmen is so hospitable. She is funny, warm and passionate. She knows Italian food and is relatable.We loved the whole experience from beginning to end. Would recommend to anyone !!
