Do it! What a great day in Sorrento - Fabulous day, great food and great company. We really enjoyed our time, such simple food cooked to perfection with superb local ingredients- definitely a five star experience.

A totally fantastic experience! - This was my 11th trip to Italy and I try to take at least one class each time I come. I think this was my favorite experience of all. The food was good but what made this really memorable were the people. Mina was so lovely and warm with a great teaching style. She was really earnest in her desire for me to learn how to cook these dishes. Claudio, the pizza chef was so sweet and funny. He was so delighted to show off his new pizza oven! I also got to spend some time with the owner, Frank. He was so welcoming and had great stories about his family and how his business has evolved. He taught me how to make lemoncello and his was delicious! From the time Max (also so kind) picked me up until he dropped me off I was smiling and felt like I had made some new friends. Don’t miss this experience when you are in Sorrento.

Cook and feel at home! - Incredible experience!! We learned how to make homemade pasta, tiramisu and delicious pizza!! To highlight the patience, predisposition and good humor of Mina and Claudio! You really don't just learn to cook, but all the people in charge and your colleagues create a fun and educational environment! They speak Spanish and English (very important for a Spanish speaker like me) I will definitely return and recommend it! The cherry on top is the incredible panoramic views of the sea!! Thank you!!

Grandiosa esperienza, cucinando e mangiando all'italiana - We spent a great/fun evening with Marisa learning how to make some awesome recipes. I would highly recommend. Abbiamo trascorso una grande e divertente giornata, imparando come fare gustose ricette da poter riproporre a casa. Vorrei davvero consigliare l'esperienza a chiunque voglia imparare, divertendosi, in un ristorante bellissimo e con un panorama mozzafiato. Molto simpatico anche Peppe, il driver che ci ha accompagnato, che ci ha dato tanti consigli

Our best experience in Europe was cooking with Frank..… - Our favorite experience, in a month-long trip to Europe, was not liking in the Alps or being in Paris. It was a day spent with Frank in Sorrento. Frank taught our family of three how to make limoncello and lemon marmalade. It was so much fun. Frank speaks fluent English and I s an excellent teacher. He is gracious, patient, fun to be with, and he knows so much about cooking! I wouldn’t trade that experience, cooking with Frank, for anything else. Give yourself the gift of time in this wonderful place with these exquisitely, fresh lemons, and the best teacher you will ever find!!! A perfect day.
