A perfect day of cooking - If we could give 10 stars, we would. This was one of the best parts of our trip through Italy. From start to finish, we loved every minute! Anna Maria and Giovanni were so welcoming, and such great hosts. Giovanni picked us up near our hotel. We tasted limoncello and had lots of wine throughout the cooking process. We made ricotta cheese, different pastas, braciole, and eggplant parmesan. All were delicious, and we are so happy to have received the recipes. We were missing our dog, so we were thrilled to meet and spend some time with Guido (their dog). Anna Maria has a beautiful farm and home, and they are a wonderful family. If you’re on the fence, just book it. You won’t regret!

Wonderful time with great people - Anna Maria is wonderful ! Very genuine and my husband and I had a great cooking experience. She basically grows everything there on her farm and you cook with her. We made crooke potatoes, cheese ravioli, sauce, and braciole. You keep the recipes and have a delicious meal after. Her son picked us up at hotel and her nephew helped, everyone so nice! Highly recommend!!

Don’t Miss This Wonderful Experience in Sorrento! - We spent two weeks in Florence and Sorrento, and this was our favorite activity of the entire trip! AnnaMaria’s son Luigi picked us up from our Sorrento hotel and drove us to their garden/farm in the hills above Sorrento. He then gave us a tour of their property, describing their vegetables, herbs and fruit trees. Next we saw their animals, including rabbits, chickens (with freshly-laid eggs) and pigs. Then we met AnnaMaria, and she could not have been kinder or more hospitable to us. She made us feel like family as she led us through the preparation of lemon panna cotta, ravioli, fettuccine, eggplant parmigiana and sea bass. We laughed and drank our way together through the entire meal prep, then we enjoyed our meal…which was easily the best we had during our trip. Special thanks to AnnaMaria and Luigi for the most enjoyable day of our stay in Italy!

So Much Fun!! - We booked this class at the last minute because a rainy forecast put a damper on our touring plans, and we are so glad we did! Annamaria was both a wonderful teacher and hostess... so well-organized, professional, and fun! We helped prepare a delicious menu while drinking unlimited wine, and then sat down together for a feast. Highly recommend!!

Deliciously Amazing Experience! - We just got back to our hotel from an absolutely incredible evening cooking with Anna Maria at the beautiful Villa Pane. My family of four that includes two teenagers were so looking forward to our cooking class, and tonight not only met our expectations but truly exceeded them. Their driver picked us up at our hotel, along with another couple who were part of our small class, and took us to the farm. Once there we were greeted by Anna Maria with an icy cold glass of water and then were given a tour of their lovingly maintained farm. The vegetables and herbs we saw would be the main ingredients of the dinner we made. Over the next few hours we laughed, shared vino and Anna Maria showed us how to make zucchini parmigiana, potato croquettes, zucchini ravioli, lemon panna cotta and the star of the show her fresh tomato sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious!! She was so great with our kids too…kept them completely engaged and made them feel at home in her kitchen. I cannot recommend this experience enough and hope we are lucky enough to visit Villa Pane again someday soon!!!

BOOK THIS CLASS! - This cooking class is a MUST if you are looking to learn authentic Italian cuisine. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. We were conveniently picked up from close to our hotel and brought the the farm, given a tour of the farm and learned about the crops. We even picked our own crops to cook later. Our teacher Anna Maria was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I felt like I was being taught by my own family member. And the food was INCREDIBLE. most authentic and my favorite experience of our trip. I highly recommend!
