Awesome experience - The best days to book the Rhino and Lion tour are Wednesday and Friday. You get to see the animals being fed. I enjoyed the tour. The guides were knowledgeable and cheerful. Def a must do!

Pleasurable and informative 2 days around Jo'burg - Our tour was excellent because of the knowledge and personality of Charmaine. Sites can be seen with anyone but the experience memorable because of the guide. All the amenities we could ask for were provided and questions answered no matter what we asked. We also had a second tour with Charmaine which was excellent, informative, enjoyable and memorable.

Great Guide, nice Tour. - Nic was a great guide. I was actually the only one who booked the tour, that's why we had plenty of time. He told me many interesting things about Johannesburg and the life here. I got picked up at 10 instead of 8. That changed my plan a bit. But Nic bought me directly to the airport afterwards, which was very convenient.

great - Transport: minibus, AC, 1L water, driver on time. Sterkfontain Cave: group of 8 people, ~1h walking in the cave, very good guide. (FYI: A claustrophobic lady among us enjoyed it as well.) Visitor Centre: plenty of interesting information, BUT presented in an quite annoying manner. About the same sound intensity as the dance floor of a nightclub, multiple automated narrating voices interfering, a ~5min "boat ride" like in a cheap amusement park. Still I enjoyed refreshing my rusty school knowledge about evolution. In the building you walk around at your own pace, for me ~1h, only few people around.

Disorganised chaos, no refund offered, not recommended - yet 'half-experience' fun as in SA usually! - The caves have (apparently!) been flooded for quite a while. Yet the full day experience is still sold! If it wasn't for me calling that company and demanding service, they would have forgotten me. NO REFUND of any kind has been offered - I was just taken to the visitor center (worth a visit) by an anonymous driver (not what you expect - or want! - in South Africa) and we were back in less than 4 hrs. Very disappointing. :( Admittedly, the driver was kind and happy to answer lots of questions about SA, so it was a bit of a 'compensation'.

Caution, poor communication, cancellation, after commencement of scheduled tour - The tour operator canceled one hour after my scheduled pick up at my hotel for the tour. No explanation, only citing unforeseen circumstances. I sent a note to confirm my booking a week before the scheduled tour date, got no response. After waiting an hour for my pick up, I sent a follow up note and got the above response. What an utter waste of my time. Don’t bother with this tour Operator, is my recommendation.
