Friendly and knowledgeable guide - Our guide was very helpful in negotiating a sensible itinerary, and we got through most of what we wanted. Jay was very friendly and helpful. He kept our time constraints in mind so that there was no stress. It was a great experience.

Jeju John - the best of the best. - John, my guide was amazing. Not only did he show me the best of this Jeju tour, he went out of his way to accommodate my special requests such as going swimming at the best bay and most pristine ocean water I have seen. Best of all John is a living text book of the history of this island. If you have a thirst for knowledge combined with a great time seeing things other tour guides skip over - John - who speaks excellent English is your guy.

Amazing tour! Book it now!!! - My friend Lexi found John from his great reviews so we had high expectations! Those were met and exceeded! John met us at our hotel-he was early which was great-we left immediately in his clean, air conditioned beautiful EV car. Throughout the drive (all 8 hours of our time together), John shared the background and history of not only the island of Jeju but also of its people! It was very informative and pleasant to learn new things while driving in comfort. John shared information about the lead industries in Jeju, how the island was formed and developed and what it took for locals to make it the thriving tourist destination it it today. We stopped in all the locations on our itinerary and a bonus spot where we saw a 100+ year old tree and a former Mongol settlement with the people of Jeju. John was very accommodating and took us to a cute gift shop-bonus, he is also a great photographer and his lunch recommendation was absolutely superb! We feasted on incredible local dishes and had a lot of fun. John is an adept driver and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Finally on our way back, when he found out we are BTS ARMY, he played BTS music for us so we got back to our hotel in style, singing our favorite songs. Highly recommend a private tour with John! A fun-filled day in Jeju! - I am so glad we had John to take us around on the first day of our trip in Jeju. We did the east side trip and saw so many beautiful places. He also told us the history of the island and took us to a delicious seafood restaurant. It was a crazy hot day, so it was super great to have a comfortable air conditioned car. HIGHLY recommend this experience!

Taxi tour is the best - Ken is a friendly veteran taxi driver and knows a lot of good tourist spots. The weather was very hot, so opting for a private taxi tour was the best choice.

Reliable and helpful - We had James (who works with John I believe). He was extremely punctual and reliable. Very helpful with recommendations and flexible with the itinerary we wanted. The cost is around the same as for other drivers we checked out as well so it's market standard I think. The car was big and comfortable for the 4 of us. Communication was good. He knew all the best places to take good photos for those lasting memories too!
