Magical Experience for Downton Abbey Fan. - Ian picked us up in his van from our cruise in Southhampton. He had tickets pre purchased and we were one of the first ones to arrive at Highclere which gave us plenty of time to wander the grounds and gardens and get pictures. Ian waited while we toured the castle. You will be able to recognize many of the rooms from the show. We had a wonderful old pub Ian suggested for lunch. And went to Bampton to see many of the scenes from town. We were able to see many of the homes and cottages in the Cotswolds area and went to the tree farm where filming was done as well. Ian then safely brought us to our hotel in London. Ian gave us plenty of knowledge and we never felt rushed. It was a lovely day and I highly recommend for any Downton Abbey fan or someone who needs a transfer.

End of cruise visit - Ian picked our group of 6 from the Southampton cruise terminal in his comfortable van. He is such a wonderful young man with interesting background and we immediately connected with him. He organized the tickets to Highclere aka Downton Abbey and told us interesting information about the place. As one of our travel companions had mobility issues, Ian kindly got him a wheelchair and pushed our friend in it. As we had time after our tour before the restaurant opened for lunch, Ian suggested that he could take us to Windsor for lunch. We immediately agreed as none of us had been there. He took us to a great pub directly across the street from Windsor Castle Walls. After our lunch he dropped us off at our hotel at Heathrow Airport. We highly recommend his services.
