Will the river guide - Will is an excellent guide, and he is currently in peak form. Easily the best river guide in Utah. Wonderful navigator, wonderful person. The Sieur de La Salle of his generation!

Scenic float with some splashes - I did the full day whitewater rafting trip with Red River. The whitewater is pretty tame. The biggest rapid was Whites and it was still fairly easy. But the scenery is stunning. Our guide was Emily, who was fairly new and still learning the ropes but was very chill. Liz was our lead and she was great (very much the archetypal rafting guide). Lunch was delicious (curry chicken salad or mediterranean chickpea salad). All in all a fun scenic trip. Next time I would do the inflatable kayaks. Given how tame the rapids were, the kayaks would be a bit more fun than the rafts. Don't forget to tip your guide. If you forget cash, ask for their Venmo.

Heaven on the Colorado River - Had an incredible time on this tour, the guides were great, so friendly and fun, really good energy. We saw some baby bald eagles and great blue herons! The rafting was tons of fun but not scary, the scenery was epic, one of the best experiences of my life. Shout out to our tour-guide Liz, she made the whole trip unforgettable

White water beginner adventure - What a fun first time white water adventure! Our guide, June, was knowledgeable of the area, funny and knew how to handle the boat and 6 beginners so well! Would definitely do this again!

Large Group Rafting! - Excellent rafting trip! We had a group of 40 ladies on an outdoor wellness adventure outing and they loved it. Guides were very knowledgeable and fun. Lunch was very good with make your own wrap sandwiches of chicken ceasar salad or chick pea salad plus charcuterie items. So much better than cold cuts. Great outing Red River!

Great experience! - We had such a great time on the full day fisher towers trip. Our guide (Leaky) was fantastic! He carries the perfect balance of being knowledgeable, professional, calm, and hilarious. We had one teen in our group who had never been on a river or in a boat before, and was clearly nervous. By the end of the trip, and with our guide making him feel so comfortable, he was having the time of his life and even swimming outside the raft (when it was safe to do so). Overall, while the scenery was beautiful and the river was great, it was the Red River guides and their exceptional care and service (not to mention the entertaining stories on the bus) that made this such a delightful experience.

Perfect day out - Trip was great. Took afternoon 1/2 day. Just enough time out on a hot day. Guides Jonas and Mac were amazing. Gave some good history of the area and kept the jokes coming. Thanks guy for a great afternoon, Kendall, Quinn and Tim. Did you get the peanuts I left you?

Amazing river trip, great guides - Our guide Leaky was awesome. He was lively and had hilariously dry humor. Rapids were great and we had a delicious lunch on a shady beach. Couldn’t believe how amazing it was, homemade curry chicken salad and Greek cucumber salad. All the guides were super nice and gave us recommendations for the area. Loved our time in Moab and would definitely come back for more adventures with Red River.

Ok but not exciting - Our guide, Molly, was very good. Overall, the trip was more of a float so the teens were pretty bored. The "rapids" were not intense at all. I assume this varies by time of year and water level but it would be appreciated if more information could be provided when booking (this trip indicated level I/II and possible III rapids) regarding the current conditions so an informed decision could be made about whether it was worth the expense. I honestly do not know the exact description of the ratings of rapids but we didn't feel any of the rapid areas were much more than slight turbulence. The whole trip didn't even require much paddling. The scenery was beautiful and the guides were good but if you are looking for excitement and physical participation, this was not the excursion for that.
