Good time with Guide Gavin - We did the shorter one hour trip (splash and dash). Working with the people in the company was great (very personable, quick response time) but the company policies were less flexible than other companies I booked tours/trips with in the past (splash and dash trip listed online not bookable online and initially not bookable by phone, fees for changing the trip date three weeks in). That being said, the company was generally good with communication and clear on meet up times and what we should bring/expect. Very convenient e-access to waiver forms, good reminder emails, comprehensive info on website. The only communication that I felt should have been clearer was the class of rapids we would be doing, which was listed as 1/2 on the website and we were told it was 2/3 when we went. This change in information freaked out our nervous daughter and she was anxious and unhappy the whole time. I think there would have been a different result if we prepped her expectations differently. Actual trip was the highlight of the trip for the rest of the family. Gavin was a super informative guide who made the rafting very interesting. We felt safe going with him. He also offered to take photos for us since we didn’t bring cameras, and they came out great. Driver Darren was safe and a smooth driver.

Rocking and Rafting in Moab - Carolyn was our boat guide. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was personable and positive. This was our first time rafting, but it won’t be our last!

Amazing views, guide and people. - Our guide Caleb was excellent. He knew so much about the area. So much fun to enjoy the beauty of the area with my family, and the water felt great.

Fun times with our guide Chelsea! - Thank you for a fun afternoon in Moab! As a family with teens, this was perfect. Starting out with one of the most scenic drives, guides showed us some features along the way. The rafting was enjoyable and not too challenging. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Gorgeous and fun afternoon on the Colorado River, Utah - A wonderful half-day rafting/kayaking trip on the Castle Valley section of the Colorado River! We were in expert hands with our guide Gavin, who watched out for our safety during the rapids and our comfort and knowledge during the calmer stretches, with interesting information about the area's geology, biology (including pointing out bald eagles and their eagle nest and cliff swallows and their multiple mud nests), and history (from early times through movie and television filming history through contemporary uses of the riverlands). Stunningly gorgeous scenery and expert staff made for a perfect afternoon! (Kudos also to the other two guides, Dean and Emily, and our bus driver, James, as well as the helpful office/supply store staff.) This particular trip is also good for families with younger children, as the guide-steered raft navigated the (not-too-wild) whitewater safely but still with fun rocking and splashes, and the calmer portions provided a chance to take a dip in the cold water!

Colorado River Rafting - Easy mild Colorado River trip with a few Class 1-2 rapids. Loved it and our guide, Emma. Easy enough for children and elderly family members.

Fabulous experience! - Emily, our amazing raft guide did a wonderful job giving a brief historical overview and ecological perspective of the area - all while deftly maneuvering our raft through Class II and III rapids. The bus ride to the put-in is a bit long but well worth the drive, as the guides dish out interesting and humorous factoids along the way. It is clear the company takes safety seriously and we all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Fun easy raft trip - Great raft float lots of fun for our grandson. It was an absolutely beautiful day, I would encourage people to take a camera, we did not and they take no pictures, sadly. I should have taken the risk, no photos to share.
