An experience not to be missed! Sean is fantastic. - We did the Mystery Valley & the Sunset Monument valley tours, both with Sean as our fantastic guide. It was fabulous to get away from the crowds and see areas so steeped in history. We loved hearing about the Navajo culture and Sean has a great skill in storytelling that kept us fully engaged learning about the Navajo history, their life in the area and customs. Sean played the flute so beautifully and that was a really special and moving experience. Definitely an experience not to be missed - thank you Sean for allowing us to visit your beautiful lands and sharing with us.

Loved it all!! - This tour was adventurous and educational! We saw ancient indigenous American dwellings, pictographs, and petroglyphs. But what made the trip over the top was our guide Sean. He was so knowledgeable on the culture ancient and modern and consequently I learned many new things. Loved the ride in the open air truck! I would highly recommend this tour!

Don’t Miss Out on Mystery Valley - If you’re hesitating, take this as your sign to book the tour. While I absolutely love Monument Valley, Mystery Valley is something so special that you won’t regret the small detour. As it’s only accessible by Navajo Tour Guide, this is the one you want to pick. My husband and I were lucky enough to get the vehicle to ourselves, and our experience ended up feeling very personal. Our guide made us feel comfortable to ask all kinds of silly questions, cracked some jokes, and narrated a fantastic explanation of Navajo culture in relation to the landscape. We also got a lesson in Indigenous heritage, science, and history. And of course, there was plenty of opportunities to explore the landscape and take photos. This experience was other-worldly. We both felt honored to explore a place that is typically off-limits to non-tribe members. And finally, for the sake of your guide’s sanity, the Anasazi had ladders to reach their cliff dwellings.

Epic Navajo Spirit Tour - Amazing tour with Gary Holiday. Saw Anasazi ruins, beautiful sights and had great explanations and descriptions. To top off the experience he played the flute & drum and sang. It was an epic experience. Thanks so much!

Mystery Valley Navajo Spirit Tour - My wife and I went on a guided tour of Mystery Valley with Sariah of Navajo Spirit Tours in April 2024. The tour was excellent. Although the tour had a capacity of 12 people, we were the only passengers on our trip. I would give this trip six stars if I could. Mystery Valley is just to the south of Monument Valley, and being there is a completely different experience. The rocks are spectacular rounded formations (different in shape from those in Monument Valley) with lots of side canyons. It is well worth seeing as a complement to Monument Valley. Sariah handled the 4WD excellently in the deep sand spots and took us to several different ancient historical sites, with both cliff dwellings and petroglyphs. She also provided detailed information about the people who used to live in Mystery Valley and the current Navajo people.

Highly recommend - Siriah was our guide. She did a great job melding Navajo culture, stories, points of interest, plants, the landscape, and answered all our questions. We did both Mystery Valley and the Monument Valley tour with her. She and her family run the company, and she is personable and was cognizant of our interests and needs. We highly recommend!

Once in a lifetime experience - We did the Mystery Valley tour and the Sunrise Monument Valley tour. Garry Holiday was our guide for Mystery Valley, excellent tour, if you take a tour with him you will begin to understand why you came to Monument Valley. He showed us the beauty of the land, explained the history, knowledge, medicine and spirituality of the people. He was kind in answering all of our questions and sharing his culture! Once in a lifetime experience.

Best tour of Mystery and Monument Valleys - The best tour we went on, on our trip through Arizona. Our guide, Sean, was incredibly knowledgable and very down to earth and real. I recommend Navajo Spirit Tours to everyone.
