Peaceful & interesting tour away from the tourists - Away from the tourists in the adjacent Mystery Valley. Impressive tour to various caves and rocks in an open four-wheel drive vehicle. We were alone with Beni, our guide and good driver on the difficult trails. No other tourists had booked the tour. It was therefore worth it twice. Peaceful and informative. We especially liked the (voluntary) climbing up to the caves. Finally, Beni explained to us the rock names of the "famous" Wild West rocks of Monument Valley. Tip: tie long hair together (extreme wind to the Valley & back, but for humorous people it's funny).

Yochanan, Three Sister's Navajo Sunrise Tour - Yochanan our Guide - We booked a Sunrise Tour and avoided all the crowds. We booked the Sunrise Tour with the option to add time. The area does not open until 7am, however our guide, Yochanan met us at 6am and we headed into the Valley. He took us to locations and spiritual areas not open to the general public. Yochanan, being of the Navajo Nation, was able to take us to these areas. He was very knowledgeable regarding the Valley and shared this with us. He took us to many beautiful areas and patiently stopped wherever we wanted to for picture taking. By getting into the Valley early, we avoided the line of cars on the Loop. We were with Yochanan from 6am until 9:30am. Without hesitation I would recommend the Three Sister Tour group.

The only way to learn about the Anasazi in the Monument Valley area - Shannon has been guiding tours in the Monument Valley since she was a teenager working with her mother. Shannon is a mother, guide and business owner who clearly loves this beautiful area and its long history. There are many hidden Anasazi ruins in this area that are impossible to see without an expert guide. Shannon is that expert guide. We brought along our dogs, and Shannon was very kind and patient with them as she expertly navigated difficult roads to show us many hidden sites. If you love Chimney Rock National Monument. Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients, Hovenweep National Monument, and Bandolier National Monument; you will love this tour!

Lots of fun - I wasn’t sure what to expect but Bennie was a great guide. He helped me up a few places that I wasn’t sure I could get to by myself - it was a blast! He showed me some pretty cool sites and let me stop for lots of photos. Thanks Bennie!!

Mystery Valley is Fantastic! - We had a fantastic tour of Mystery Valley. The valley was amazing with wonderful rock formations and the guide was knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this Viator tour. It was also great getting away from the crowded Monument Valley "traffic" and getting a personal tour. Highly recommended!

Personable, knowledgeable, and he shated his culture and history and musoc with us. Also, he is a good. Safe, experienced driver. First time in this part of the country, and we couldn't have had a better introduction. We highly recommend 3 Navajo Sisters for a great time in this remarkable place!

Amazing Mystery Valley! - Decided to do a half day tour of Mystery Valley because we drove the Monument Valley loop in our truck (which is amazing!). Mystery Valley is only accessible accompanied by a Navajo guide. We met our guide in the Monument Valley parking lot, hopped in his truck, and took a short 10-15 minute drive up the road to Mystery Valley. We had the most amazing experience with our guide Vern. Vern is a very interesting guy with a fun sense of humor and a wealth of knowledge. He shared stories, history, and music of his people and the land. Vern scrambled up rocks like it was nothing leaving me feeling like a total klutz, lol. Mystery Valley is a sacred area of arches, cliff dwellings, otherworldly rock formations, petroglyphs, beautiful desert fauna and flora. Vern is a musician, and he played a beautiful tune on his flute for us. It was such a special day, and I felt honored that Vern shared his culture with us. Visited off-season in February. Nobody there but us. Be kind and give a cash tip to your guide!

Spectacular views. Highly Recommended! - We really enjoyed this, but we actually did the backcountry of Monument Valley, not Mystery Valley. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. His family lives in the valley so he had wonderful facts and stories about the history and tradition of the area. Spectacular views were awesome and numerous. Highly Recommended!

Out of the Ordinary! - I chose this tour off of Trip Advisor, and I was so thrilled I did. My husband and I were looking for a more back country experience in the Valley and Three sisters exceeded our expectations. Vernon our tour guide was a very knowledgable Navajo guide - he also had a joyful playful character that made the experience even more special. Thank you Three Sisters!

Must do tour - Great tour on private Navaho land that you cannot do on your own. Fascinating caves and brick structures and Anasazi Petroglyphs(images incised in rock). The guides/ Drivers know the terrain and show the fascinating history of ancient people. Casual conversation with them also give a lot of insight to the culture and history of the Di ne ( Navaho) people.
