Old western - Riding along the canyon on horseback felt like living a old western movie in real life. Staff were friendly and professional

Amazing fun experience making USA trip.unforgetable - Besides the amazing Navajo trail which is a must do, this excursion will provide you with the best way to experience Bryce canyon. The guides are great, the horses easy going. I highly recommend it and I would want to do it again in blink of an eye. So great!

Wonderful ride - The ride was beautiful and very tranquil. The team of riders that took our group were friendly. My one suggestion is that when the group teaches the rim that you stop the horses so we can have a chance to take in the view and snap some photos. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it.

Hiddy up, hiddy up. - That day it threatened to be cancelled due to rain, but at the hour of departure it was dry. We were a group of about 10 and I enjoyed it. Horse listened well, and nice view along the rim of Bryce. 1.5 hours value for money and cozy guides.

Great if you want to experience the riding and are fine with only seeing the canyon for a few minutes if the ride - The horseback riding was beautiful and fun! Unfortunately one of our horses was way behind and it seemed as if the guides didn’t really care that two people were left behind at the end of the ride. Besides that the ride next to the canyon was very impressive, but only lasted 7 minutes of the total ride. The rest was riding through the woods. So only book this if you’re more interested in the riding part, because the scenery is great but only a very small part of it.

Terrible and not recommended - Bad experience and also dangerous due to the condition of the horses, the mule that had been given to me was lame on the front right, unfortunately despite being obvious to the guides it did not matter. Several times he almost fell and once I stopped because the mule no longer rested the front. They beckoned me to just keep going. Truly careless of the welfare and respect of the animal. Never again

Malnourished horse - We didn’t book a ride here, but when we walked passed there was a horse tacked up that looked severely malnourished. The other horses fine. I don’t think it’s responsible for the horse or the riders to send them of looking like this. Please consider this before you book a ride here.

Catch nigades to avoid! - 1. Reservation to go to Bryce Canyon: result 1h13 of forest and 7 minutes by the canyon and not in the Canyon as the false photos show 2. Started at 15 people, 10 beginners with us and no horse adapted to the level of participants 3. Several lame horses 4. The "so-called" Guide who prefers to be late to afford little trots while we eat dust in step 5. The "so-called" Guide who pats his horse's back to move forward while he's peeing 6. The "so-called" Guide who is extremely heavy and nasty in the mouth of her horse 7. Guide who spends half the ride on the phone 8. Received a mule and not a horse (and they claim it's a horse!) 9. Were photographed without prior permission 10. No effort to speak slowly and understandably when told that our children speak only French 11. Walk of 1h20 and not 1h30 12. Saddles not suitable for half the horses 13. On the 7 minutes by the Canyon, you can't stop to take pictures while you stop in the middle of the forest for nothing 14. No choice of helmets, sizes not suitable for us and not in condition (so unnecessary and not secure)

My husband’s horse fell on him. - Spoiler alert: the horse got the next day off. (We came back the next day to check on the horse.) At the beginning of the tour when they were shortening the stirrups to fit me, they realize that my legs were too short. They kept saying, ‘I don’t know maybe we should get kids stirrups. I don’t know what to do.’ I had my legs are straight completely straight and toes pointed just get my toes on the stirrups. I said, ‘ How important is it? My feet kind of reach..’ they were like well it’s a pretty easy trail. It should be OK. Keep in mind I do not ride horses at all. If I did, this wouldn’t be the kind of tour I would take since you really have no control over your horse. The first time the horse cantered, I was flopping all over. Everybody else their legs were fairly bent so they could stand up in them and have a little bit more control. It’s amazing to me that I didn’t fall off the horse. Again, I’m relying on their experience to guide me correctly since I have no experience. Looking back they should’ve gotten shorter stirrups for me. About 15 minutes into the 1.5 hour ride my husbands horse fell. This is probably because the horses are literally nose to tail. We aren’t sure if my horse got annoyed and kicked back (my horse repeatedly kept shying away) or if his horse just couldn’t see where it was going and stumbled.. Fortunately there was a nurse taking the trip with his daughter, because the people running the tour had NO IDEA what to do. They just kinda looked at him on the ground in pain and asked if he was ok. He said no, the horse fell on my knee and it really hurts. I had to ask them to get me off my horse so I could go to him. He is not a complainer and he was clearly in pain. The nurse advised that they bring a backboard and a neck brace just to make sure his back was OK. About 15 minutes later they showed up with a horse trailer for the horse. It took another 15 minutes for one of the owners to show up on an ATV to check him out. No backboard, no neck brace. Fortunately, he was able to get up and climb Into the truck. But there was really no way for them to know this until he was checked out by a paramedic, and they were advised by a medical professional to bring stabilizing equipment. It’s unbelievable to me that they got a horse trailer there in half the time it took to get somebody to help the human. I know we sign a waiver, but seriously? This is a nose-to-taul tour. You don’t have to have any skill at all. Clearly, the people who take you on the tour don’t expect anything happen because they are completely unequipped to deal with it. I don’t think the even new basic first aid. We had to drive 25 min to the hospital to get x-rays and make sure his knee was ok. Although they apologize profusely, we weren’t offered a different tour, or even a discount. I guess they don’t really care that our experience sucked.
