When you have one day in JoBurg - We only had one day in Johannesburg and wanted to see it all. We were fortunate to work with the CEO to personalize our tour. Bagani was knowledgeable and personable. He made this trip a great experience for us. Thank you for giving a beautiful day in your lovely city of Johannesburg

A recommended way to see Joburg in a day - This is a great way to learn a bit about Joburg and its complex history in a day. You'll probably wish you could spend longer at places, particularly the Apartheid Museum, but if you only have a day, this gives you a flavour. Our guide Clement was very friendly and informative. Lunch in Soweto was good, although if you sit by the window on the road side you will be constantly interrupted by people busking and trying to sell you things.

Glad I took the tour - Constitution Hall, Apartheid Museum were wonderful. The prison tour was sobering. The guide, Thsop was great! Very informative.

Great day with Clement - Collected promptly by Clement in his clean, spacious minivan as there were just 4 of us English speakers. He drove well and was very knowledgeable able all the places, names and dates. It was an excellent and well balanced tour covering so much in just one day. All entrance fees and specialist guides included. We could have spent a whole day at the Aparteid museum but he directed us to the most important areas to cover. Highly recommend Clement and this tour company.

An educational and sombre tour - We were picked up on time and taken around Johannesburg as well as Soweto. It was an eye opener to see the poverty next to the affluent. The inequality was horrendous. How people have to manage living in shanty towns like that I could never imagine. The insight given to this by our guide was superb. Also, Constitution Hill and the courts was very educational as well as learning about the 1979 uprising

Disappointing - The content of the tour, and the well-informed guides, were good. The Apartheid museum was great. However the tour did not meet expectations in a few important practical ways - we booked on a 'small group, max 15' tour, but were on a 22 seater that was very full; the staff could not get the aircon to work, so the full bus became quite uncomfortable; nor did the guide's microphone work, so half the group could not hear him as we drove; because the group was larger, we spent additional time morning and evening driving around to do pick-ups and drop offs, and were slower at every stop disembarking etc.

Van A/C not working; Soweto was only a drive through - The stops at Constitution Hall, Mandala House and the Apartheid museum were good. But the van was old and the A/C was not working. You are in the van for a long time so it was miserable during the whole time we were in the van. The mic also was working on and off so it was hard to hear the guide at times while we were in the van. I was expecting to stop at different spots within Soweto however, we only had one stop at Soweto to take a pic in front of the Soweto sign otherwise it was just a drive through the area. So we didn’t get to see Soweto well nor take pics at different areas. So that was disappointing.
