The swim break will be very refreshing and regenerating because cold water flows directly from the cliff. Additional Information

Our journey commences from the sculpture-rich Grotta di Tiberio, portraying the tales of Ulysses. Subsequently, we will traverse the ancient Via Flacca, originating from 187 BC. Along the path, we’ll experience the charm of medieval towers from the 1500s and the beauty of natural caves. The destination of our trip is Gaeta (LT), where the remarkable ‘Montagna Spaccata’ awaits us. The spectacular sights of the Regional park of Ulisse are truly breathtaking. This experience is one-of-a-kind, as I possess a regular permit permitting us access.

  • We are at the Port of Sperlonga. With the Truglia Tower behind us, we are on the right side, where you will first find the ticket office and then the reception along the promenade on the pier (the last desk on the left). Attention: we are in a limited traffic area (ZTL). We recommend parking at “Parking delle vite”, a private car park located at the entrance to Sperlonga. With a shuttle they will take you directly to us. If the desk is occupied you will have to wait your turn because the desks next to you, even if very close, represent other organizations that cannot manage your reservation. Arrival 15 minutes early is required to formalize boarding procedures. No delay will be tolerated for the scheduled departure at the established time.
  • On request it is possible, for large groups, to organize the tour for more than 12 people up to 100 at the same time using several boats at our disposal or a single larger one. For such large groups, make individual reservations of 15 people (maximum bookable number) in sequence up to the desired number.
  • The activity to be carried out is subject to a minimum number of 6 participants. The management may reserve the right to propose an alternative or cancel the reservation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
  • The snorkeling equipment that is shown in some photos is not our property, but is from the summer camp that participates in our excursions. Therefore we will not provide that type of model.
  • We recommend the experience in the morning compared to the afternoon one because the sea is always calmer. In fact, it can happen that in the afternoon the sea can get agitated in a short time due to mistral winds, and in this eventuality the Tour has to be canceled with little notice for the guests.
  • Not recommended for infants, due to the heat and the many hours to spend on board.

Recommended half day trip - We decided to book this 4.5 hour trip on the recommendation of some other people staying in our hotel. It was a great trip cruising from Sperlonga towards Gaeta with lots of interesting things to see on the way. There were lots of stops to swim but as we are not swimmers, we just sat back and relaxed and watched the others being energetic. On our cruise there were 10 people which was perfect and they served prosecco and pizza too so what could be better?

Cannot think of a better way to spend a day in Italy! Had a great time swimming, exploring, and relaxing in the boat. We really recommend!! We decided to make this a day trip from Rome and we are so thankful because it ended up being our favorite day on our trip!

Cool adventure - We loved our tour. Paulo was very kind and took us to beautiful spots during our trip. I enjoyed diving and had a lot of fun diving in the caves and exploring the crystalline waters of the Tyrrhenian sea. The temperature of the waters in this period of June / July was suitable, even for someone who lives on the northeastern coast of Brazil. In addition, we enjoyed an excellent pizza during our stop in Gaeta. Sperlonga is a beautiful and charming city, and we want to return the next time.

Great value for the money! - Guide was Vincenzo, he was friendly and professional. It was a good tour, for the money it was great value. Pros: Great swimming, beautiful grottos, friendly host. Cons: Could have used more historical facts about the sights, water/food was minimal.
