Reliable - Quick and easy shuttle that connects Squamish and Whistler. It is really helpful for us Squamish residents that do not have a car and rely on Skylynx to get to and from work. Just wanted to leave my 2 cents as I have been using Skylynx for the past year and it is a really reliable bus service. Also, our driver Cliff is always on time and tries his absolute best as a professional driver!

Best Squamish bus to Whistler - The Skylynx bus is so convenient and gets you to where you need to go through all the major areas on the Whistler and Lower Mainland corridors. I especially love how they pick-up in Squamish and do drop-offs in both Whistler and Vancouver! Easy connections from Squamish to YVR Airport too! Not to mention they have the best prices in the province! As a proud Squamish Resident, I absolutely love Skylynx! Cannot recommend enough if you need to travel between Squamish, Whistler and Vancouver.

A Commuter’s Dream - I am a daily commuter from Squamish to Whistler for my work. Finding transport between Squamish and Whistler used to be a hassle. I do not earn much so gas, insurance and parking in Whistler was very expensive. Then I learnt about Skylynx and began using them. Skylynx has changed my life. it's been a reliable, comfortable, and just so easy to ride the bus to work and back home. For anyone commuting between Squamish and Whistler I highly recommend Skylynx.

Getting worse - The drivers are increasingly rude, they reserve seats for people of their choice, they require passengers to place their luggage correctly as it should go and that it is in the regulations, that they read it so that they are informed and if they don't know it They don't want to put them on, but they don't even care about the fact that it's even labeled on the buses, the bathroom doesn't work nor does the Internet, what they should put in order is that the vast majority of passengers who travel alone want to occupy 2 seats, one for the person and one for the backpack or handbag, I wish there was another way to travel to Squamish and other places that only SKYLYNX does.

Ski boot damage - As a bus service Skylynx is very good, extreamly busy during the ski season (especially if you get on a later stop). However, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I was asked to put my ski bag in the hold which I did but then my rucksack with my boots attached on the outside was taken off me by the driver and launched into the hold. The rucksack was not allowed on the bus as it was too busy but I could have easily put my bag in myself, like I did my skies. When my bags was launched in carelessly my boots smashed off the side of the hold, taking a huge chunk out of the shell and damaging my walk mode. This meant I couldn’t tour like I had planned and ended up having to hire boots in whistler which cost a fortune. Not only did the cost of this mean I had to ski less days than planned but I was absolutely devastated about my boots as they were new this season. I emailed the company and got a speedy response back asking which bus I was on. It has been a month and I have sent two responding emails since then but have not heard anything back. I believe there should be some form of compensation for my boots, I did mention to them I could send both the receipt for my boots and for the hired boots as proof of purchase. It would have been nice to be reassured that this would not happen again and drivers would take more care. Watch out for your gear on these buses!
