Bandaranayke International Airport to Sigiriya

Sigiriya - Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport – Colombo, a driver of Sri Lanka Dream Tour will meet and welcome you. After that He will welcome you into a luxurious private vehicle that will be with you throughout your holiday in Sri Lanka. Your first destination on this Sri Lanka itinerary 12 days will be Sigiriya, which is about a 4-hour drive from the airport and you can enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to relax. You will be staying for the first two nights around hotel in Sigiriya. (You can book all the hotels through online as your wish)

Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa

Sigiriya The Ancient Rock Fortress - From Sigiriya, the next morning you will depart to Polonnaruwa (2 hours drive).

Polonnaruwa - After exploring the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa - UNESCO World Heritage site, ruins and basic knowledge about Lankan history, you will back to Sigiriya. On the way back will have a nice typical Sri Lankan type lunch and you will engage in a rock climbing activity at the “Lion’s Rock” (about 1200 steps) – which is a UNESCO world heritage site. After a long day, you will have a chance to experience with Sri Lankan Aurweda spa treatment as your choice. Overnight stay at same hotel in Sigiriya. Hotel is at customer’s responsibility

Sigiriya to Kandy

Dambulla Royal Cave Temple - The day morning you will visit a local village by means of a Bullock Cart (Rural village tour-Sigiriya), spend time with the villagers and understand village life. Then after you will ready to explore Sri Lanka’s beautiful hill country. Three and a half hours from Sigiriya is the hill capital of Kandy. En-route you will visit the Dambulla Cave Temples (about 300-400 steps to climb), herbal & spice garden In Matale and in the evening you can enjoy with the Kandy Lake Club-Cultural Dance show. Overnight stay around hotel in Kandy. Hotel is at customer’s responsibility

Kandy to Nuwaraeliya

Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - The day morning visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, after which you will begin a three-hour journey to Nuwara Eliya. En-route, you will visit Ramboda Falls, a tea plantation and a tea factory. In Nuwara Eliya, you will be taken on a city tour and a food tour. In the evening you will visit Gregary Lake & Park. Overnight stay around hotel in Nuwaraeliya.

Nuwaraeliya to Horton Plains

Horton Plains National Park - Early morning, visit the Horton Plains National Park. It’s one of the best place for nature lovers and you can reach there with pleasant treks and hike which are not particularly challenging. This plate is biodiversity and many endemic species of flora and fauna can be found here, while most commonly seen mammal at present is the sambar deer. Most favorite stops of this trek are World’s End which gives spectacular views out over the surrounding valley and mountains and Baker’s Falls.

Seetha Amman Kovil - Later that day, you can visit the Seetha Amman Temple and Hakgala Botanical Gardens. Overnight stay at same hotel in Nuwaraeliya. Hotel is at customer’s responsibility

Nuwaraeliya to Ella

Little Adam’s Peak View Point - The following morning you have a beautiful train journey lined up for you from Nanu Oya to the breathtaking town of Ella. Upon reaching, you can visit the “Little Adams Peak”. In Ella you also have the unique opportunity of taking part in a cookery class that teaches you how to make the authentic Sri Lankan Rice and Curry. Ella is the purely natural beauty, with its waterfalls, greenery, and hills it is just jaw-dropping. Ella is the perfect place to go if one wants to refresh the brain. Ella to Yalla

Buduruwagala Temple - The day morning visits Nine Arch Bridge. After you will depart to Yalla. En-route, you will visit Ravana waterfall, Ravana cave and Buduruwagala Buddha Statue. Overnight stay around hotel in Yalla. Hotel is at customer’s responsibility

Yalla to Mirissa

Yala National Park - Early morning, you will leave for a jeep safari in Yala National Park. Yala National Park is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka. Yala combines a strict nature reserve with a national park. Divided into 5 blocks, the park has a protected area of nearly 130,000 hectares of land consisting of light forests, scrubs, grasslands, tanks, and lagoons. Two blocks are currently opened to the public. The park is best known for its variety of wild animals. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lankan elephants, Sri Lankan leopards, and aquatic birds. Then after leave to Mirrissa. Overnight stay around hotel in Mirissa. Mirissa to Hikkaduwa

Galle Fort - Early morning, you leave for Whales & Dolphins watching tour in Mirissa coast. After you will depart to Hikkaduwa. En-route, you can visit the fish market as well as observe the old and mind boggling tradition of stilt fishing, then drive you to Galle, where you will explore the Galle Dutch Fort.

Transfer to Airport

8 day trip from Doha to Sri Lanka - We had a truly wonderful time in such a beautiful country. The service provided by Prashad and Upul was top class and they made our experience truly unique and enjoyable. I will highly recommend this service to anyone looking to explore Sri Lanka. Unbelievable experience!!! - I am a woman and I have made a 12 day route through Sri Lanka (Negombo, Aukana, Arunadhapura, Trincomalee, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala N.P, Tangalle,...). Our taxi driver was Mr. Daminda Gamage, provided by the company manager, Mr. Upul. Daminda has made the point that everything has been perfect in Sri Lanka. He has a lovely and sincere character, and all the patience of the world. If you anticipate all the problems, you will find solutions (traditional dance reservations, train tickets, pharmacy when I don't meet the woman well...) It's discreet and also very fun. Speak English very well. it's light, clean, impenetrable. The car also stopped every month. Conduct super safe. He is a great person who makes us friends, like no other! Sometimes the guide provides data and information, I advise you, and it is discreet. Just accompanied us on the sites where I thought I could help. Among the others, you wait patiently. You help everyone. You have, as he says: Super Powers. He is a great professional. And Mr. Upul, he was always there, through our WhatsApp group, for whatever reason he might be able to accomplish, and as it was, with an incident on the train, to quickly change the train solution, or offer medical attention when my woman met me again. When the tour ends, we'll stay another 10 days on the south beaches, and the two of us will tell you what to expect from them, with their help. Many thanks to the two!! We used this taxi driver formula on other trips: India, Vietnam,... and I didn't think anything would be seen!! Excellent!! Subject: Daminda He can't be better!!! My partner and I did a 12-day tour of Sri Lanka (Negombo, Aukan, Arunadhapura, Trincomalee, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala N.P., Tangalle). Our taxi driver was Mr Daminda Gamage, who was sent to us by the manager of the agency, Mr Upul. Daminda made sure that Sri Lanka was the perfect holiday destination for us. He has a wonderful and honest character and is always patient and good If there are any problems, he is always available and always finds a fair solution. He speaks very good English, is friendly, humorous, clean and tidy. The car was available to us every day in perfect condition and Daminda is a excellent driver and you always feel safe with him. And we have become real friends. He is always available as a guide and companion, gives information, orientates you and he is also very discreet and serious. Normally he only accompanied us when it was was necessary, and at other times, when we did not need his help, he always kept a discreet distance. He is always helpful!! He has, as he told us with a smile: SuperPowers!!! And it is really true!Daminda is extremely professional and Mr. Upul was always available to us (Whatsapp). When I was not feeling well, he immediately offered to take us to the doctor and got me some medicine. When we had finished our tour with him and we were still We spent another 10 days without him on various beaches, but he was still available for any other questions or problems. Thank you for everything, Daminda and Upul, but especially to Daminda, who we have taken into our hearts and who we have found a new friend. We have had taxi drivers on our travels before, but Daminda is simply unique and 300 percent recommendable!!!

Sri Lanka Dream holiday - We very much enjoyed our time in Sri Lanka and Upul our driver was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our holiday one to remember. Upul was punctual and very helpful in assisting us with the activities. Although traffic in Sri Lanka was hectic we felt very safe in his car.

A Beautiful 2 Weeks in Sri Lanka - We had a wonderful time on our trip with Sri Lanka Dream Tour. Upul was an excellent driver and guide, and our well being and safety were a priority for him. The itinerary was fantastic, and he catered accommodation to our budget. He was also able to negotiate discounts on hotels and activities from time to time. We normally travel independently, but Upul organising the details made our trip much easier. I highly recommend his service.

Reliable and fantastic experience! - We were accompanied by Prashad and SK and had such a blast. They were extremely friendly, great to spend time with and overall very helpful, suggesting us an itinerary, places to have lunch/dinner and helping us to get the lowest prices for each of the activities. Moreover, they were very flexible and even willing to change all plans after dinner and driving to the next city overnight. When I come back, these are definetely the guys whom I'll contact first to go on another tour. If I had to give any constructive feedback, they could still improve their time management a bit as we noticed that sometimes we had to skip/rush an activity as we spent too much time at the previous one. Once again, thanks a lot to the entire team at Dream Tour for making this trip so memorable!

A great tour that made our lives much easier too! - April’23: A week tour with Upul as our guide and driver was fantastic. The service is above and beyond from helping with tickets for attractions, an itinerary with suggestions but always happy to listen if you want to change things around. The service is excellent and gives you confidence you won’t be stranded. Upul is super pleasant and speaks great English, he’s well respected in Sri Lanka too. Partner feels safe and I think if you’re solo or couple you will also feel the same way as nothing is too much hassle. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again as we did so much on our tour with excursions we hadn’t even thought about, great time and love Sri Lanka but I’d definitely recommend a driver and you’ll be happy with the service here! Thanks again Upul and hope to see you again in Sri Lanka soon!

Reliable and easy to work with - Sri Lanka Dream Tours and Mr. Rasanka provided excellent and reliable service for my recent Sri Lanka 11-day car and driver rental. What I liked most about Sri Lanka Dream Tours is their ‘up front’ pricing – they made is very clear what is and is not included in their price quote – there were no hidden or extra costs added on later. They are easy to work with and made sure I was happy with their service throughout the trip. I know there are a lot of tour companies in Sri Lanka but I definitely believe that Sri Lanka Dream Tours will take good care of you and provide great service and value – you can count on them! My driver, Mr. Rohan Chandana, exceeded my expectations! Rohan is very reliable and professional. He suggested very useful adjustments and additions to my itinerary based on my personal interests and preferences. Rohan has a distinct advantage over many other drivers in Sri Lanka: he has lived in a developed country (South Korea) for several years and personally knows what it is like to be a visitor to a country with a different culture, language and cuisine. This perspective gives Rohan a much greater understanding of what a tourist like me wants and needs – that is, he ‘gets it’ when it comes to understanding and anticipating the needs of foreign visitors to Sri Lanka.
