Book your ride! - Our driver was the best. Gave us history as we made our way to the hotel. My flight was delayed and he was still there, on time, with a sign so he was easy to find. 10/10

First Time Travel to St. Lucia; A1 Taxi and Tours transport - Hyginus, is a great person to have as your driver. He treated myself and family very well. He was friendly to talk to, and was a great introduction to the country. Hyginus shared is vast knowledge of the culture with us, and had great advise on things we should do. I will definitely be requesting his services on our next trip and I will recommend him to others. A1 Taxi and Tours is a great company to get your transportation services from.

A-1 did a great job and they are highly recommended. VIATOR was a major disappointment. - The on-island vendor on St. Lucia, A-1 was terrific! We had Marvin as our driver for both ends of our round-trip airport transfer and he was an absolute delight! Marvin was extremely friendly, convivial, and customer-focused. We could not have asked for a beter experience. We booked through VIATOR, however, and their service was really not great. The Viator app showed the first leg of the trip (airport to hotel), but NEVER reflected the return portion of our roundtrip booking. I ended up having to spend an hour on the phone with long distance phone expenses from St. Lucia back to the Viator customer service desk in order to confirm that there was, in fact, a return trip. Viator said they would contact the vendor and send us copies of their correspondence. If they contacted the vendor, all that I can say is that they did not provide me with any copies of the correspondence. So, I was left to track down the on-island vendor directly in order to confirm arrangements. The on-island vendor, A-1 was terrific and extremely responsive. Viator provided no follow-up, no information, and no continuity. My recommendation would be to book directly with the wonderful people at A-1 and ignore Viator ... they ignored me.

Excellent airport transfer - Excellent transfer service, vehicle was clean and on time. The drive was great, the driver told us about the island, stopped to sightsee and take pictures. We requested that he be our return driver a week later and he remembered us, listened to our impressions of his country, etc. Would recommend this service and would use again when we return.

Superb transfer and tour! - Brilliant transfer from the airport! Our driver, Shem was fantastic, he made a 2 hour transfer absolutely fly by! So much useful information about the island and he even stopped for us to take photos at a beautiful viewpoint. As it’s our honeymoon, Shem very kindly stopped at a local bakery and treated us to some local bread, which was amazing! We literally had an almost full island tour, which has really helped us plan what excursions we’d like to do. Definitely recommend booking with these guys, really impressed! A much better experience than using a coach transfer! Thank you so much for a great start to our honeymoon!

Will recommend - Edan was professional and very friendly which was our first taste of what customer service was like in St Lucia. He educated us on different landmarks in the country and stopped for us to take pictures. I also thought I had booked my return trip as well but completely forgot but they were able to book me anyways the day before. Will definitely recommend 100%

The St Lucia airport private transfer to the Royalton resort was a great experience. - The St Lucia airport private transfer to the Royalton resort was a great experience. Our driver Hygius was punctual, friendly, and considerate. He catered to our large 10 person group with care. Quickly loaded our luggage and provided refreshments. He skillfully navigated the Saint Lucian winding hilly terrain while offering alternate routes when we encountered heavy traffic. I would recommend Hygius and the private airport transfer for anyone visiting Saint Lucia in the future.

Would never recommend - We booked a private transfer with Symeons taxi service to and from Royalton resort st lucia. Trip to resort was great however our transfer never arrived to return us to airport. We had to make last minute arrangements and almost missed our flight home Would never recommend symeons taxi service. We had 5 adults and 1 child and he kept telling us we was on his way. Never did show up and had no answers as to how we were to get back to airport Thankfully the air Canada rep at resort helped us out but we only made it to airport with a few minutes to spare Don’t take the chance with symeons. Not worth the stress
