Perfect bookends for our arrival & departure from St. Lucia - If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give all the stars!! Our experience with Rising Sun Taxi Service was top notch! Mark was lightning fast to respond from the moment I sent an initial request for information, was patient to answer my many questions and made sure all was in order once our reservation was booked. Mark arranged Fast Track service for us at the St. Lucia airport, which was definitely worth it! After a long day of travel, moving quickly through the airport and into a comfortable waiting van was so nice! Danny was our driver from the airport to Royalton and our time with him was full of friendly conversation, cool information about the island, and refreshing cold drinks (that Piton hit the spot!). Mark stayed connected with us during our vacation and we were pleasantly surprised when he was the driver to pick us up at the end of our trip. We enjoyed more good conversation about our families and island life. At the end, we left knowing we made a new friend! Mark even followed up to make sure we got home safely. Very Safe and Professional Taxi Service - I cannot say enough about Mark and his taxi service. He has 3 clean and spacious vans that take you from the airport to your resort. The ride is about 1 1/2 hours and involves twisty roads. He was very gracious to my daughter as she did get car sick even with Dramamine. He drove slowly through the turns even when the cars stacked up behind him so the ride was easier for her. Truly very thoughtful! He is a natural talker and makes the ride go by so quickly. He was on time and a very safe driver. He believes in customer service and takes pride in his job. Thank you Mark for making our time on St Lucia so enjoyable for the 3 hours that we rode with you!

Five Stars!! - We booked Mark for our airport transfer to the Royalton & back. He met us outside the airport, helped us load our bags and we were on our way. Stopped at the view point for a beer and pictures. On the way to the Royalton he told us about a private tour he offered (villages, mud bath, waterfall & lunch over looking the Pitons) we booked with him right away. He picked us up Wednesday morning at 8:30am. He had his wife’s delicious rum punch as well as water & pitons. During our tour my husband probably asked Mark close on 1500questions ( no joke) and mark had an answer to everyone. He is a very knowledgeable man and certainly knows all the history on St.Lucia! The best! excellent from start to end. - Our experience with Rising Sun was excellent from start to end. Response was very prompt and as this was our first time booking private transfers outside of a tour operator, we wanted to be sure we could trust the company we chose. Mark came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The vehicles used were very clean and well maintained and our host drivers (Victor and Mark) were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the drives very much with so much information and care given along the way. I highly recommend Rising Sun and we will be sure to use them again when we return for both transfers and land tours.

Excellent Experience with Mark from Rising Sun Taxi - Mark offered exceptional service for our roundtrip transportation service from the airport to our Gros Inlet resort! Our flight was delayed several times, and he waited for us at the airport. We opted for the Fast Track service and arrival was a breeze. Even though we were behind schedule, Mark still took the time to share various stories and historical information on our journey to the resort. He also allowed us to stop for photo opportunities, street food, and to point out a few memorable sights. He was pleasant, attentive, and we would definitely utilize his service in the future! 5 Star Plus - Mark is a true gentleman; could not ask for a better host for your tour! We were picked up at the airport by Danny and he provided a comfortable two hour ride to and back from the resort. His vehicle was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the Piton beer and his in depth knowledge about the island on the car ride. We did a mid week all day tour with Mark. I found his info on Facebook and took a chance; I am so happy I did. He truly is the best choice, so said every person we met along the tour as well! He took care of everything, tickets for the excursion, drinks and his wife’s rum punch, guiding us to each place, taking pictures for us. We were able to stop at more places than the average tour … Pitons, mud bath, falls, banana plantation, and chocolate factory. My youngest got motion car sick and he moved her up to the front and they became fast buddies. It truly was the highlight of our trip. starting our Holiday - As we arrived in St Lucia we were greeted by the warmth of the island and a friendly smile from our driver. Although our trip to the resort lasted 1.5 hours. in seemed to pass by quickly. We enjoyed the scenery and cold beverages; we also had the opportunity to stop roadside and take pictures of the breath-taking views. We were so impressed with the friendly service and professionalism of our driver that we decided to book an Island tour. I would highly recommend Mark and his team.

Great Island Tour and Airport Transfers - All booked via email, prompt responses and clear communication. We did airport transfers and an island day tour with Mark from Rising Sun Taxi Service Saint Lucia - he is a great guy, great sense of humour, very knowledgeable and provides you with a tour to suit you. We went to the Sulphar Springs Volcano, the mud baths and waterfalls, and lunch overlooking the Pitons - as well as showing us some of the sights and villages along the way so you get a real insight into the Island. Mark also stops on route for photo stops and will take photos of your party in the mud baths - so get a personal photographer for the day too! Very accommodating and an added bonus of providing a cooler with piton beer, water and rum punch. You won’t be disappointed - Mark is a top guy.
