8 hrs in Rio de Janeiro - The views were amazing. Beautiful beautiful weather. Our tour guide Warley was passionate and quick on his feet. Great guy in explaining both in English and Spanish, switching between both to cater to the groups. (Ps. buy Warley some sunblock, he needs sun protection) To meet our schedule, we were running late for lunch so do bring some mini snacks in case you get hungry.

Christ Redeemer skip the line by Train, Maracana with lunch and Sugar Loaf - From the organization, service, to the sights, this excursion was one of the best trip we have ever booked. Fun, high value, efficient and Warley is an absolute joy! - I should start by saying: I never write reviews. Not for movies, meals or trips. I do however read and appreciate people who do. In this instance I had to review the amazing day trip we took with Grey Line and Warley. Warley brings positive energy from the first minute he greets you. Caution: he may or may not be an FBI agent…it depends on the time of day. 😜 He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and recognizes that each customer is a little bit different. We spent all day with him and 6 or so other groups. He kept us together when necessary but also made time for us to explore on our own. The trip is very well organized and you wait nowhere near as long to get to the attractions as you would on your own. It was a perfect trip with Warley and Gray Line and a fantastic value! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sight seeing historic locations - Warley was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and very funny. Also he also doubled as an awesome photographer lol. We had a great time on this tour and can't wait to return with friends to do it again!

Absolutely Disgusted With Their Lack Of Compassion !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I would like to start off by saying that I am utterly disgusted by the lack of their compassion. I booked the Sugarloaf & Skip the line tour for Christ the Redeemer for March 29,2024. On March 28, 2024, around 10 pm my best friend who suffers from sickle cell anemia went into a crisis. Since she was suffering from this medical emergency, we were unable to make the excursion. I could not leave her side. I have been in contact with Expedia since that who I booked through and Grayline refuses to exist us in getting a refund. Imagine being in another country, where you don't speak the language going through a medical emergency and being told oh well you didn't cancel within 24 hours we are keeping your money. How despicable, low and money hungry can one company be. I will make sure anyone I know visiting or intending to visit Brazil DOES NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Oh, don't get me started on trying to reach them directly, I have been calling them since I returned to the states yesterday and I can't reach anyone. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ATTACHED A SCREENSHOT OF MY EMAIL FROM EXPEDIA WHERE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
