Wonderful! - Wagner was tremendous. He was early by a few minutes to pick us up which took any stress off of us. He was knowledgeable, conversational and flexible to what we wanted to see. We had overcast skies, so we waited a bit to visit Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf. He also took us to places that we did not know existed and showed us some real treats. Catedral Metropolitana de São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro was not something we knew about. The stained glass work, the statues and the story were very intriguing. Escadaria Selarón was vibrant and chaotic but amazing to spend a few minutes investigating. One could spend a lot of time there, and Wagner was willing if we wanted. The relationships he has with the staff at most of the spaces is really helpful to get in and through to areas smoothly. We did use the skip-the-line ticket at Sugarloaf which helped. In addition, he helped when we were shopping for a souvenir by translating and helping our son find something he wanted that was not readily available. By the time we came back around, the vendor remembered us and had what was wanted. Wagner adjusted what might be a normal route to drop us off for our flight at Santos Dumont Airport. Always helpful and kind in his approach and driving. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Wagner and his services. Thanks from our family who likely would not have enjoyed our short time in Rio as much as we did without your expertise.

Private tour of Rio is worth it! - We had the most wonderful day with our guide, Fabiana. She took us to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf mountain (where we had a delicious lunch at the restaurant). We also had time to visit Casa Roberto Marinho which, if you’re interested in art, is well worth the visit. Fabiana was highly informed, very friendly and gave us an insiders perspective of life in Rio de Janeiro. I would highly recommend this tour.

A+ Day with Paulo - Our tour guide, Paulo was absolutely amazing! Perfect English, historian and great jokes. He customized our day based on what we wanted to see and didn’t spare any details. We’d also love to shoutout our driver, Junior who was also extremely friendly. We highly recommend this tour. Ask for Paulo and Junior!!!

Amazing Private Tour Rio with Wagner - This was an excellent private tour with Wagner, our tour guide. Wagner considered our requests of which attractions to see. We bought Skip-the-line tickets to Christ Redeemer statue and Sugar Loaf Mountain. The van we travelled in was large enough to carry 4 adults and 8 pieces of luggage. We flew in from Lima on an overnight flight and spent the day in Rio until flying out the same day. Communication with Wagner was very sufficient. He spoke great English and is a great communicator. We asked him to take us to a local coffee shop where we drank coffee and ate desserts native to Rio. During our time at the coffee shop we were given a 20 minute class in coffee tasting. This was a highlight of our trip. Between Christ redeemer and sugar loaf mountain, Wagner took us to Copacabana beach. Wagner recommended a delicious restaurant where we ate on sugar loaf mountain. A must do tour in Rio De Janeiro - We had the most amazing tour with Fabiana. Definitely one of the most entertaining and exciting tours we've experienced with Viator. Fabiana and the driver are extremely nice people and were very accommodating to the itinerary of places we wanted to visit. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our tour.

Awesome tour! - My personal tour guide Wagner and driver were fantastic. He was on time, spoke very good English, listened to all my special requests, and we had a great day touring Rio. We were one of the first to arrive at Christ the Reemer which was nice, stopped at Copacabana and drank water directly from a coconut at the beach, and had a wonderful plate of feijoada at a local restaurant in Santa Terasa. He knew about many nice spots and details I didn’t see in any guidebooks. Highly recommended!

Excellent introduction to Rio! - Excellent day trip to get a great introduction to Rio! This was my first time to Brazil, was a great way to start my trip and see a lot of the city with a tour guide that had a lot of knowledge to share. Highly recommend this trip, especially if u don’t have a lot of time but want to see the most of Rio.

Great day in Rio - Fabulous day seeing and understanding the key sights of Rio. Faby was excellent, we engaged with her immediately and her knowledge of the city, its history and major landmarks was very good. A bonus were her photography skills, she knew where to take the memorable shot at each place and added in some quirky and different angles. We enjoyed the day enormously and would not hesitate to recommend Faby.
