Uncomfortable ride - Convenient to take from T-Centralen but the bus was very warm. There was no air circulation and I went to the driver to ask for air and he said there was nothing he could do because the temperature was 21 C. Doesn't really make sense, usually drivers can put on the air to get circulation. I usually take Arlanda Express and may pay the extra amount in the future for more comfort. Maybe it's just the driver having an off day. When he scanned my ticket he asked if it was for 2 and I said no my son is 6. Seemed like he assumed I paid the wrong amount.

No bus came to the stop. Late to airport - We bought tickets on the website from Fridhemsplan to Arlanda. We waited at the bus stop with the flygbussen sign at fridensplan. We waited. We asked at the information if we were at the correct bus stop which they said we were. We waited more. We tried to call the company no answer. We walked around all of fridensplan with suitcases and small children asking everyone. We checked the ticket We check the website. Now we have gone passed our expected arrival time at arlanda. We walked to st eriksplan instead. Rather stresssd hope we don’t miss our flight. Not good

Expect delays unless you take it from terminal 4 - My flight arrived at terminal 3 and there I was waiting and watching 2 buses passing by without stopping because they were arriving already full from terminal 4. Finally the third one was the charm. To sum up, if you are not arriving at terminal 4 expect a serious delay and poor service.

Amazing staff. Bad reputation for you. - July 5th the bus did not arrive at all to coffin c. Drove past the bus station. Get reimbursement for taxi according to your decision. On my way home on July 16, I met sour and unserviceable people. First female traffic attendant I asked from where the bus towards the coffin went. Got an unpleasant response "?read on the illuminated sign lights" no attempt to help in any way. Found gate 8 that did not have a light sign just an A4 side on a pole. Got on board was met by a similar type male driver. Also asked him if it was the right bus. No answer stared at me like a mummy. Asked again no answer. Finally asked if he had trouble talking. No answer. Also asked in Finnish an answer. Their conduct in a service profession was beneath contempt. Not good PR for you. When I got off in the coffin c Asked again if he was est no Alban he answered. Are you not trained by your staff how to behave towards customers? No, it's enough glexbus instead.

A hike - Under increasing frustration, we were led walking from terminal 5 ALL the way to terminal 2 to catch the bus. Quite an customer-unfriendly hike. Earlier the bus stopped at each terminal. Why not now? Never again!
