I loved watching Stockholm go by and listening to the audio tour. - I loved learning a little about Stockholm as the Venice of the North. It was very pleasant sitting on the open back deck in the sun watching Stockholm go by and listening to the audio tour.

A fun boat tour around Södermalm - This was a nice little tour around södermalm going under multiple bridges and a lock into fresh water. The boat was clean and the captain and skipper were friendly. This was a low key tour wearing ear buds (bring your own if you have them) with talking points via your cell phone.

Super informative intro to Stockholm - Nice and comfortable ride on a boat. Enjoyed the process of going through the lock to Lake Malloran and back. Surprised by all the young adults and kids sunbathing (it was a beautiful sunny day). The audio was clear and easy to hear and understand; very informative. Wish we’d done the tour k. The first day we were I. Stockholm, as the information would’ve been helpful in planning the other things we wanted to see.

Beautiful Stockholm - Beautiful, relaxing cruise in waterways surrounding Stockholm. My advice is to park elsewhere and take a Bolt ride as parking is impossible in Old Town.

Hesitate to use again - The under the bridges boat ride was nice, but booking the reservation on viator was not nice. I could never get a QR code to populate as my email was acting up. It would be so much better if texting was an option. The customer service person was great, helpful and was able to send me a QR code that I was ultimately able to use. I would hesitate to use viator next time.

Nice boat trip make sure you have your headphones if you want info - Nice boat trip, for info you scan and listen to on your phone unfortunately, as with a couple of other people, the headphones they provide for iPhone and Android did not fit- so make sure you have your own. I tried to just listen quietly but found it kept stopping so disappointed no info.

Not great - Tour guides were disengaged, we crashed into the dock at one pick up point, Audis did not work right away, staff were unprofessional , shoes off and steering boat with her feet….

To definitely NOT do - Terribly boring! You do not get a nice view of the historic buildings, only of the suburbs where there is nothing to be seen. An absolute frader!

Paid and no tour was there - Technically it should be zero stars since we arrived to board our 3 o’clock tour that was paid for and we were told they DIDN’T have a 3 o’clock tour. They also did not have my booking number or confirmation number. I’m still waiting for Viator to respond with a refund….ridiculous.
